Excellent Garden Tap Installation by PlumbLink

PlumbLink recently carried out a brand new garden tap installation for us from scratch on the outside kitchen wall, and the whole experience was excellent from start to finish. The work included installing a new outdoor tap with new pipework internally and externally, and everything was completed to a very high standard.

Haroon arrived on time, explained the process clearly, and left everything clean and tidy afterwards. The installation looks neat, works perfectly, and the water pressure is great. It is clear they take pride in their plumbing work and pay attention to detail.

Professional approach and problem-solving skills!

I rang Plumblink on the 17th September, after a bigger than usual water bill. Haroon rang and said he could come that afternoon to try and locate any leak. After a thorough inspection, of the bath, basin, washing machine connections, and sink, he advised that there was a leak from the toilet cistern, all of the internal parts needed replacing. I could not see or hear the leak, but Haroon said it had been leaking for some time. We arranged for him to come back today, the 23rd September, to do the repair, which he did. He didn't charge for the original call-out.He showed me the work he'd done, and showed me how well it is flushing now, and even removed some things he'd found under the toilet rim, that must have been there since installation, and shouldn't have been.

Haroon is a really nice guy, and a very clean, tidy workman. He clearly knows his trade. His work is guaranteed for a year. He said any problem, or help required with anything, to give him a ring, which is really helpful. I will always use Haroon and Plumblink in future, and will recommend to others.

We had an issue with our shower enclosure after a slip caused the glass panel to shift, making the door unusable. We contacted PlumbLink and were impressed from the start. They arranged a convenient visit, and Haroon arrived promptly.

He assured us the enclosure could be realigned instead of replaced, saving us considerable cost. Four days later, as promised, Haroon returned and spent several hours carefully dismantling, adjusting, and resealing the entire enclosure with fresh silicone.

The result? It looks brand new, works perfectly, and was left spotless. Haroon was punctual, skilled, and respectful of our home throughout. His professionalism, attention to detail, and honesty were refreshing.

Haroon responded promptly regarding an issue with our bathroom basin drainage. He is an extremely friendly, helpful, professional and knowledgeable plumber and quickly came up with a solution to the problem, which involved re-running the waste pipework. He completed the job competently and was very diligent and neat in his work. He took the time to ensure everything was working well and that we were totally satisfied with the result before leaving. He also cleared up and left the bathroom looking lovely.
