I cannot praise Laura enough for the exceptional care they provided for my boisterous, bouncy Huntaway, Loki! From the moment we arrived, it was clear that she truly loves what she does. Loki was welcomed with open arms and embraced his energy and quirks, making sure he felt right at home.

Loki is full of life and can be quite a handful, but they went above and beyond to cater to his every whim. Whether it was giving him plenty of playtime, belly rubs, or making sure he had his favorite treats, nothing was too much trouble. I was kept updated with messages and photos, which reassured me that he was not only well cared for but having an absolute blast!

When I picked him up, he was happy, well-exercised, and clearly had formed a bond with the staff. It’s such a relief to know that I’ve found a place where Loki is not just looked after but genuinely loved.

I cannot say enough great things about Plums Tail Wag Inn! From the moment I walked in, I felt completely at ease leaving my dog in their care. The manager is incredibly professional, warm, and attentive, treating every pet as if they were their own.
My dog, Loki, usually gets a little anxious in new environments, but Laura went above and beyond to make him feel comfortable. It was clear from the bond he formed with her that he was truly cared for and loved during his stay. Seeing him so happy and relaxed when I picked him up was the best reassurance I could have asked for.
The facilities are spotless, spacious, and equipped with everything a dog could need – from cozy sleeping areas to large, safe play spaces for exercise and fun. What really impressed me was the thoughtful little gift Loki received when it was time to leave. It was such a sweet and unexpected touch that shows how much they genuinely care about their furry clients.
They even kept me updated throughout his stay with pictures and messages, which made me feel even more confident in my decision. I cannot recommend this dog boarding service enough! My dog stayed for five nights, and it was clear from the start that this was no ordinary setup—it was absolute luxury for dogs! The facilities are fantastic, with a full free run of the house and a secure garden, which gave my dog so much freedom and comfort.

What really stood out was the personalised care. My dog was treated like a member of the family, enjoying cuddles on the sofa and even snuggling up on the bed. The regular updates, including pictures and videos, were a wonderful touch.
