Legs didn’t feel as stiff

I don’t move around as much as I used to, so my legs get stiff pretty easily. I wasn’t sure what to expect, but after wearing these for a day, my legs felt more comfortable by the evening. They’re snug, but not tight.

A big help during long trips

I wore these on a long flight and was surprised at how much better my legs felt when I landed. No heavy feeling, no stiffness. They made sitting for hours much more comfortable.

Helped after a long day out

On days when I’m out running errands or in the car a lot, my legs usually complain by nighttime. With these compression socks on, I noticed my legs felt less achy. Nothing dramatic, just… easier on my legs.

Counterfeit Postage

"Abnormal postage route" is a ridiculous excuse. You printed out a fake label and shipped it. That's not an "abnormal postage route" that's straight fraud. What exactly do you need a receipt for? I gave you my order number. Pull it up in your system. Considering I had to pay the entire postage anyway and it was less than what you charged me to print out a counterfeit label, why don't you just refund me what you charged me for shipping?

My New Favorite House Shoes

These slippers are SO cozy! I bought them to wear around the house during colder months, and now I don’t want to take them off. The plush lining keeps my feet warm without overheating, and the cushioned sole feels like walking on clouds. Who knew compression socks could be…

Who knew compression socks could be cute? I bought the Halloween ones and they're honestly adorable. Beyond that, they really do work - my calves used to throb by the afternoon, now I barely notice any tension. Definitely ordering more seasonal prints!

Solid fit, and solid customer service

First, I have chonky calves, and these fit great... That alone would have got them a good review.
My package was delayed, and tracking went haywire, when I let the company know, they made contact quickly, and gave me an updated shipping time. I was really happy with their attentive service. There is sometimes a slight delay in replies due to time zone differences, but that was no issue.
Lastly, I really like the patterns, and the edges of the patterns aren't too thick, there's a little extra thickness, of course, but not nearly as much as some of the other companies, so the overall feel/comfort is not affected.

Good fit good value.

I was having trouble finding socks to fit my calves. I found the socks easy to pull on. I have issues with my shoulders and have tried other compression socks and have not been able to use them. To my amazement, these socks are easy to put on and actually fit with room to spare. The compression in these socks helps my legs. Great quality too. Highly recommend. Love these compression socks! Get you some! You’ll be glad you tried them. 🤗💞

November 22 I ordered a pair of over the knee compression socks…

November 22 I ordered a pair of compression socks that go over the knee for which I paid $49 for one pair (stupid me). Dec. 16 I had a note in my mailbox that a package had arrived that I needed to pay $7.70 postage to receive it. At the post office, after paying the $7.70 I opened the package and discovered I had received a wig. I never ordered a wig!! Since I had paid the postage and opened the package the lady at the post office said she couldn't do anything about this. She said they have been having this happen. too much. This company is a fraud. BEWARE!!! The post mistress checked and the return on the package doesn' exist.

I have been tracking my package

I have been tracking my package. I live in Dearborn Michigan. My package went Chicago. Then was sent to Detroit where is should have been delivered to my house. Now it says it is in Houston Texas and moving to another facility. They have now problem processing my payment while my socks are on a cross country trip.

I would give them a zero rating, but it’s not available.

The package arrived in Detroit Michigan. I live in a suburb of Detroit. The socks should have been delivered instead of being sent to Houston Texas.

Still not received a refund

I have spent 2 weeks contacting their customer service who told me to contact the courier (who redirected me back to the seller). They keep telling me to wait however this is unreasonable. I just want a refund for the full amount I paid for goods not received which I am entitled to under Consumer Law however I have been met with defensive emails and told that I must have it because the courier says its delivered. It's not in my possession and I have done all the usual things like check with neighbours etc. Avoid at all costs. There are plenty of better more reliable companies making cute and stylish compression socks. Do not get caught out like I did.

We already suggested to you ask the carrier to issue a certificate of package loss. After we receive this certificate, we will also send you a new item for free.

We have reviewed what you mentioned that the carrier asked you to contact us again for this issue. This is some not an effective response from the online customer service. We still recommend that you contact the customer service directly by phone to explain the situation and apply to certificate of package loss . We have also informed the logistics company of this matter, and the logistics company has informed us that they require you to provide a lost package certificate before proceeding with the handling.

Trying To Return Socks

Trying to return socks so that I may order a larger size. Given a $4.00 refund to keep socks that cost $40.00 and will not email return address. Customer service not handling this well. Never again. Update I requested a $25.00 refund to keep socks, I did receive a return address from Plusocks plus an offer of $6.00. Before ordering from Plusocks I would look at other options or be sure the item you are ordering is something that you will want to keep because a return or exchange is quite difficult.

Customer service not great product coming from China

Order the compressions thigh highs by their size measurements, they keep rolling down and will not stay up, the company offered me $4 to keep them it cost me over $50 to get them what a joke I will not be ordering from this company again. I have ordered their compression socks in the past and they have been great but because of this customer service they will not get my business

The socks are awful

The socks are awful. Designs sewn in which cause tightness across the socks. Plus if you order plus sizes, the only thing that gets larger is the foot. You could fit a size 15-16 mens shoe size in the womens 3x.. When you say you want a refund, you get offered 5.00. Otherwise you are going to pay again to ship the crap back. Keep buying from USA avoid this company. YES compression socks are tight but not in one single thread where the dumb character was sewn.
