I would highly recommend PMCOE for anyone hoping to advance their career as a project manager. I completed my CAPM and PMP preparation by attending the live class sessions and using their course materials. On test day, I felt extremely prepared. I also felt that Alan's guidance and professionalism throughout the program made me feel supported and confident. I'd definitely recommend!!!

I highly recommend PMCOE Exam Prep course for anyone interested in sitting for the PMP exam. The short yet knowledge packed 3 week bootcamp was really helpful in solidifying a strong foundation knowledge while the quiz activities and trial practice exam were great prep for exam day. Appreciate Alan and his team for putting together a well thought out and intentional course designed for optimal chance at exam success!

For me, the PMO-COE PMI-CP course served mainly as a refresher because I had already completed other project management and PMI-CP related courses.

Even with that previous background, the course helped me reinforce important concepts, refresh areas I had not reviewed in a while, and develop a clearer overall understanding of the PMI-CP material and what to expect from the exam.

Alan Kwon did a good job explaining the material in a practical and understandable way, and the course helped bring many of the concepts together for me.

Overall, it was a valuable part of my preparation, and I would recommend it to anyone preparing for the PMI-CP exam.

The course not only provided me with a strong foundation in project management (particularly as someone transitioning into the field), but was also integral in my availability to pass the PMP Exam. The instructors were engaging and supportive. Furthermore, the learning platform includes helpful resources such as recorded lessons, presentations, and practice quizzes. Even though I waited a year to take the PMP Exam after completing the course (due to personal circumstances), I found that I still deeply understood the material and only had to do a couple of weeks of review before taking the exam. I highly recommend this course!

My experience with PMCOE was exactly what I needed to be fully prepared to pass the PMI-CP certification exam! Alan and his team provided a harmonized framework for synthesizing the info provided in the PMI learning modules into relatable lessons by enabling dialog and room to discuss the principles in the exam. I found the course immensely valuable and it helped propel me to passing my exam on the second attempt after not meeting the mark on my first attempt on my own!

I found the PMI-CP exam to be tougher than expected on my first attempt due to the nature of the theoretically engaging questions. Being able to sit with instructors who have sat for the exam and earned the credential, and who have a tremendous amount of knowledge from real-world application in project management, was the key difference maker. The PMCOE coursework includes various learning strategies and tasks to assist with absorbing the information and transforming it into knowledge and enables you to work on the tasks at your own pace.

I made use of PMCOE's course as a refresher to help prepare for the PMP exam. It was a perfect blend of in-person classes and self-guided resources. Together with this, some other Udemy courses, and the PMI study resources, I was able to study and prepare effectively. I passed the exam last week - AT in all 3 areas! Especially recommended of you are busy or need a refresher.
