He was very punctual in obtaining my mortgage offers for me, providing same day quotes and explained all the various options I had available, which was super helpful! He checked in regularly and updated me as rates reduced (whilst I was mid-process of buying) so I was actually able to get a cheaper rate in the end. I’m a first time buyer and I had very little knowledge about buying a house and getting a mortgage in general, I’ve had a very positive experience dealing with Fabian from p&m and he has helped me get a mortgage I didn’t think I could possibly get and I’m very grateful. I struggle with reading and writing due to having dyslexia but Fabian would help me out by corresponding though voice notes and phone calls to suit my needs. Correspondence is very frequent with fast response times and would arrange calls and teams meetings to suit my schedule. Would recommend to anyone.

This turned out to be excellent advice, as it helped us obtain a much more competitive rate than what was available later. In hindsight, we feel that a 5-year fixed deal may have been an even better option, but that doesn't take away from the quality of the guidance and support we received throughout the process.
