I placed an order for two of these on the 20th November and payment was taken immediately. I received an email stating delivery would be within 2-4days.
Following this, I received a further email stating this was out for delivery. This was now 5 days ago and still no Pocky Balls?!
I have tried contacting Pocky Ball for further information but their customer services accessibility is awful and I just keep getting emails bounced back to me!

Item never arrived - emails not being responded to and can’t reply to messages on Facebook.

I wanted to cancel part of my purchase and therefore I emailed the company straight after the purchase. On their website there is information that 'you have 24 hours to request a change or cancellation of the order'.
My email was ignored and in less then 24h time since the purchase I received information that my order is on its way.

Once the balls arrived one of them was broken and never mind...it happens.
However then I had two reasons to return it: wrong purchase which they didn't let me cancel and faulty product. Even though it wasn't my fault that I had to return it, I didn't get my money back for the delivery.

To sum up:
1. The communication with the customer service is terrible.
2. If you will have to return faulty product you won't get money back for the return delivery.
3. Quality of the product itself is poor too.

Do not recommend!

Arrived super fast and is very clever! My son is an avid football fan, and loves practising his trick shots this way!

Scam company..comes from China, when I was led to believe this was a UK company

Ordering was easy. I thought my ball was missing in the post but after further investigation it had been misplaced by someone in my household. However , the company was quick to respond to my emails during my time of concern. Would definitely recommend.

although the first ball broke in the first 5 mins a replacement was quickly sent out

Such a cool product , my football crazy teenager has played with it non stop since getting it. Service was excellent, great communication all the way along.

My Daughter was new to football so thought this would help her - She loved it kept her legs ticking over for ages as well as keeping her interested and improving her skills. Would really recommend this product.

Fab little toy to keep children on their toes and improve control skills.

The pocky ball is great, got it as a gift for Christmas but have been playing with it myself. Am sure my son will love this.

I bought two PockyBall's one each for my son and daughter. After waiting a reasonably long time for delivery one ball broke within 24 hours. The other is fine.
When I contacted customer support they told me I had to pay to send it back for a replacement despite the fact it lasted less that 24 hours. I have not yet done this as the cost of return postage is probably a large percentage of the original cost.
Fun product but pretty disspointed with the customer service.

I ordered two Pockyballs, both came swiftly and both my son and his friend have loved using them. We had an issue with one of the strings not working and the customer service was great and sent it a new string.

My son loves his pockyball, he is always kicking it around the house. All my kids want one now!

Pockyball arrived on time and is a fun activity for 7 year old grandson. It also helps him to focus and good for coordination
