Reviewing again 8 months after my installation, which originally took 2 months for them to complete to get it working.
We’re still waiting to hear back from them about the significant damage they caused to our property. Provided them the evidence and photos in November 2025 and they’ve still done nothing to rectify this, just keep saying “we’re looking into this”. Absolutely useless customer service with staff who don’t know what they’re doing.
Even the independent contractors they use to install said their service is rubbish for any issues… speaks for itself!
Great workmanship
Technician called prior to coming with and an ETA. He was very polite, he gave a couple of suggestions as to where to run the cable and fix the unit.
He was very polite, completed the work as discussed and completed the installation. I am very pleased with the workmanship.
He also went throught the app and was very helpful.

Moved into a new house and had a few teething problems working out how to connect the PodPoint charger to wifi. Armando was incredibly clear, patient and helpful and the issue was easily sorted.
Neat installation cable routing well thought out finished result looks good. App also well demonstrated.

Straightforward and efficient
Nilesh arrived punctually, told me what he was going to do, gathered the information he needed and got straight to work. The whole thing was done in just over two hours.

There is no way to contact customer service via the App or the website. The YouTube video also mentions sending an email to find the information you need. But they provide no email address. Nothing on the website, or the app.
The installers are fine, but after that you appear to be on your own.

Excellent service from the engineer. My appointment said they would arrive at 1114 and at 1114 he arrived. The installation went without a hitch and the engineer was very professional.
Was a bit disappointed that POD Point do not advertise that they offer Blue light discount.

Steve did a great job of making a complex install look really easy. There was no mess, minimal disruption and he helped ensure the device and my app were running before he left. Top stuff.
I had an extremely disappointing…
I had an extremely disappointing experience with Pod Point. After placing my order, I was suddenly given a random installation date without any prior discussion or agreement, which was already frustrating.
What made things far worse was the complete lack of customer service. I tried calling their support line every day for over a week, spending 30–45 minutes on hold each time, constantly being told I was “3rd in the queue” — yet no one ever answered. It felt like a complete waste of time.
I also sent multiple emails asking for updates and clarification about the installation and trying to rearrange the date, but I never received any response at all.
In the end, I had no choice but to formally complain and cancel my order. The whole experience has been an absolute joke. If this is the level of service at the beginning, I can’t imagine how difficult it would be to deal with any issues after installation.
I would strongly advise others to avoid Pod Point if you want to save yourself time, stress, and disappointment.

Tony was extremely helpful and efficient during the whole process. Very happy with the service provided.
Wallbox not installed successfully
Wallbox not installed successfully - charge won't connect to vehicle.
Contractor rude at point of (failed) installation.
Delayed response from customer service team to fix issue and to send an engineer out.
No engineer coming out for another 3 weeks which will mean no fix for at least 2 months after payment for wallbox and installation initially provided.
