Apparently PODS has auctioned my POD, so the recipient got my Apple IMAC business desktop computer. That recipient has accessed my PayPal account through my personal/ business computer and used the account to buy GUNS!!!!!

I problem I had was getting the latch to work so I could lock put the lock in it. The rolling door was hard to move. The bearings should be oiled more often.

Travis was great. Super nice, on time and very good at his job.

Once everything was set up, there was constant communication via text as to what was happening during each stage of the move. Everyone I did talk to was very nice and helpful.

Ordering and delivery of the pod was simple. Delivery and pick up went without a problem. I would highly recommend.

Working with Geico was perfect. When I needed assistance someone was there to help and walk me through the process. Geico took care of everything. Very pleased 😀 with Geico.

Efficient, polite, responsive, careful.

We had 2 straight days of torrential rain and the pod had rain pouring in . My contents in the back was soaked . I have pictures of the wet contents . You can see where the rain came in . It rained regular on other days with no rain coming in . Pods said it place their rain test . And told me I had no contents insurance . I did have Pod damage insurance . Very disappointed in the way this was handle. They could not replicate torrential downpours. It is very clear in my pictures of the rain coming in.

The whole experience from the time they dropped off the pod at my Florida home, picked it up from my Florida home brought it to the new state dropped it off and picked it up was smooth as silk. Everyone I dealt with through the whole process has been fantastic. I could not have asked for a better group of people and even though I had to load and unload, it was so convenient and so much easier than I expected.

The drivers and customer service people all did a fantastic job. They were helpful, knowledgeable, and completed their respective tasks as promised.

Pedro was our delivery driver at our new home. He was very friendly and precise on the placement of our PODS so we could get it unloaded easily. The other drivers were also nice to work with.
This was our first time using PODS so we had to learn a few things. I will need to contact customer service about a charge of $14.99 on our billing for a lock that was not given to us; we ended up using one of our own.
And scheduling the pickup from our old residence was delayed because of scheduling limitations, so that pushed back the transport and delivery to our new home; so, we were forced into a second month.
But other than that, I think everything went pretty much as expected.

Very good experience. Your driver was really on top of things. Was a great communicator! Nice personality. No damage to anything inside the POD either!!

I asked that the pod be positioned facing the street but it showed up facing the other way. This made packing more difficult. I also didn’t like the three hour window the give for delivery because it changes multiple times the day of the service which makes planning and organizing the day quite difficult. I would likely shop for a different service next time. With that being said, the drivers were all very polite and helpful but unfortunately organizing delivery was a nightmare.

Everything went as planned. Drop offs, pick up were on time and billing reflected what was agreed to.
