Well I believe poetry brings us together just like novels,drama and short stories. Which makes each and every platform for strangers to become family as they unite through words and feelings.

This platform is really amazing for the aspiring writers. It gave me so many opportunities to unfurl my wings and fly high. Again I thank you poetry.com for not only providing me platform but also boosting my enthusiasm for the poem. I just because of you only that 4 others, under my guidance could able to get highlighted as there poem went viral through this prestigious platform. Hats off to you!

I love the site! I'd also love to enter any contests available , but having to pay a fee is not good for me and I have such a tight budget.

To me, Poetry.com is something that I have wanted for a long time. I was looking for a space where I could finally share my words without pressure or judgment. Publishing my first poem there felt like opening a small window into my world. The site gave me a sense of quiet pride. It wasn’t about perfection, but it was about beginning. What I appreciate most is that Poetry.com invites you in as you are, with your thoughts, emotions, and creativity. That openness gave me the confidence to publish my first poem, and now I’m seriously considering submitting to their monthly contest. It feels like the natural next step, which is to challenge myself while still being supported by a platform that values authentic voices. Another feature I hope to explore is the opportunity to publish in more than one language. As someone who works and thinks in multiple languages, this possibility excites me, as multilingual publishing would be a wonderful way to reflect the diversity of voices across the globe.

I absolutely love poetry.com. I entered one of my poems, it's been a while. I won a trophy and some other things. I was supposed to go to Florida to accept my award, which was given to us by Florence Henderson ( Carol Brady R.I.P.). I didn't have the money to go to Florida, but my poem was entered into a poem book. So cool.
I enter these contests, here and there.
I am entered in the July 2025 contest.
I love having an avenue where I can share my poems with other poets. Everything I write is true stories, of people in my life.
The poem I entered for July is about my Best and closet friend. We were like sisters. She passed away March 20, 2015. 5 days before my birthday. I will truly miss her.

Poetry gave me the courage to share my poems with other poets. Also connected us to like-minded people love and enjoy reading/writing poems. I really appreciate and love the positive experience with Poetry.com

Every month eagerly I have been waiting for poems. Most of the poems are very interesting. I shared some of the poems with my degree students. They read and expressed their views.

It was great. Being able to share your original poetry and the chance to win a prize is wonderful. Even if you don't win, the opportunity to be a part of the community with others sharing their gift of writing poems is priceless.

I love this. Very simple and easy to use. Have won third place in a poetry contest so far.

Being exposed to the beauty of poetry pieces, not to mention the artists behind it all, severely aided me in continuing the pursuit of poetry... worth my time

For me poetry.com platform is very interesting , a great platform where in an individual can express their thought and feelings through their poem and let the world know. Especially to poets or whose individual who has a unique talent to poem writing. This platform is really for them. A platform that pay your wonderful creative thought.

I've utilized Poetry.com in the past with "publications" on their platform and had poems in a few books. (Even though I paid for them). I was able to share and have my work read with people who also share the passion. I plan to continue to use them. Good people and company.
