Jackets are nice; i ordered a size up for both my dogs, mainly because i use a harness under them.

Returns was also good, smooth process.

Received 2 of the "waterproof dog coats". They are not fully waterproof. Paid over £100 for 2 coats. The outer shell was wet (expected in a downpour) but the fleece inner coat was very damp also. That is not what I paid for. I expected the inner lining to be dry but I have had to put it over a radiator to ensure it is dry for next use. One of the coats was for my older dog - I don't really want him to be wearing a damp coat!

Absolutely loved the products, Christina went above and beyond in providing comms and making sure I was happy with the products.

We had one extremely happy Lab, who will definitely be receiving more of these products soon.

Couldn’t recommend Pointer & Hound more. The quality, attention to detail and customer service is fantastic. It’s so great to finally have found a brand that is the perfect fit for our GSP. Not to mention we will always support and champion a female led small business.

Our GSP pup is growing up in P&H gear. As she’s grown we’ve had to size up from small and medium collars, medium and large harness and leads. We have had excellent experiences with Christina for size fittings and communication. Our girl is now 6 months old and in the Large tactical collar and harness which we love. The style and quality are unmatched for other store bought products, which most don’t suit our pointers deep chest anyway.

We also love how fresh and new the products look after a machine wash in their laundry bag.

Absolutely love my recent purchases of both the waterproof and highland coat. Both fit my five year old lab perfectly and the pull cords allow you to adjust for that perfect fit. I’ve bought other brands on the past my none have fitted as well. Well made, really warm and stylish and easy to get on and off. I definitely recommend this company, and will be buying more colours. Delivered within time and well packaged, and no more wet dog ! Well done Pointer and Hound !

Absolutely love all of the P & H products I’ve purchased for my dogs! They’re incredibly good quality and super hard wearing, my two GSPs have well and truly put the durability to the test and P & H has come out on top every time! I absolutely love my gear from Pointer and Hound. A big fan of the Signature Harness, and they fit my Dachshund perfectly. I’ve tried many different styles from different brands, but always come back to this one. So much so, we now own 3.

I also find the jackets are great too. There’s nothing else like them around. They’re practical and look great. Again, I’ve managed to collect a few 😅

Christina, owner and founder, has been nothing but a pleasure to deal with always.

All four of my dogs are kitted out in P&H and it is a constant rotation in our HUGE dog paraphernalia collection for the past two years and will continue to be for the foreseeable future 🤎

Avoid this company at all costs. Whilst the products are lovely and appeal to HPR breed dog owners for their designs and marketing, the customer service is appalling. The sizing guidelines advertised are inaccurate and they neither offer refunds nor exchanges for incorrect sizes, only store credit. I am £60 out of pocket without the product I purchased because they are not due to restock the correct size of the product I purchased for two months. This is after I jumped through hoops to pay to return the original product. When emailing customer service, the advisor Christina, was argumentative, patronising and gave me inaccurate information. Frustratingly, if I’d have purposefully damaged the product and claimed it to be faulty, I would’ve got my money back.
