The customer service department worked with me to get my package re-sent to me when FedEx said that I had a tracking number, but never received the package. The customer service team jumped on the issue and I had the package the very next day.

Good to deal with
Point Supplies was prompt in processing and shipping my order. However, the USPS managed to lose the order in transit. Point Supplies stepped in and fixed the shipping issue and I now have the item. Good service and they are not to be blamed for incompetence on the part of USPS.
