Just done a northern lights chase with this company and cannot reccomend them highly enough. The guides we had Dimi Deena and driver
Yosvan we're amazing they were very friendly and knowledgeable. We thought we were not going to see anything as the weather was bad but we tried different locations and believe me if there is aurora activity I can guarantee you that these guides will try their best to find it for you and they were extremely successful on our trip. It was absolutely amazing and a memory we will never forget. So if you are thinking of doing the tour use this company.

Simon our guide was very knowledgable and nothing was too much trouble for him. We were warned that the lights might not make an appearance and initially it looked like we were going to be unlucky. Later, however, they appeared and put on a dazzling performance. Nice touch having fire, stew and hot drinks and he took photographs of us and the lights which was very welcome as my camera (and / or me) was useless at taking them

Unprofessional! I cancelled the tour four days in advance by email ( on the website the cancellation policy specifies a maximum of 48 hours before the tour). I called on Monday to confirm, they assured me they would fix it within the day.
They have since disappeared, never responded to my emails and phone calls, and I have not received my refund.
Very unfair.

Polar Adventures were fantastic from pickup to drop off back at our cruise ship in the early hours.

The 2 guides were were very friendly and professional, we got to see the Northern Lights and the guides took some amazing photos, many including each party in the foreground, we then had access to download all photos the next day.

As a keen photographer, I enquired to see if I could get the photos in a different format which they were only too pleased to do....

I would highly recommend this fantastic tour with Polar Adventures !!!
