I’m very happy with my polar dive pod and chiller. There was an issue where the water wasn’t flowing properly and they sent a separate product to install and get the water flowing. The customer service and lengths that they went to fix the issue was really great with how quickly and kind they were. They do it well. Highly recommend!

I ordered a Polar Dive cold plunge when one that I had from another company (now out of business) stopped working. I emailed Polar Dive simply to ask about the status of my order. I didn't even complain, just asked when it would ship (it had been towards the longer end of the stated shipping time). Their response, even though it was a weekend, was almost immediate. They not only explained the delay (orders outpaced production) but offered to send ship my chiller immediately with a smaller tub at no charge while I wait for my tub! That's the kind of customer service that gets you a custom for LIFE!! If their product is half as good as their customer service, I made the right choice for sure!! I wish there was a way to give more than five stars!!

Top Tier Customer Support!!
I had issues getting my chiller to function properly, even after going through the troubleshooting process. I went as far as draining the tub and repositioning the whole set up and it still didn’t work! I was so frustrated, I just wanted to return the whole thing and go with another brand. Once I reached out to customer support, there were lock step with me through the entire process, with prompt responses and helpful troubleshooting tips. We got it working and I couldn’t be happier. Once I got that first email from customer support, I knew I was in the right place with the right company! The product itself is excellent and very well built.

Wonderful product, old-school customer service!
Such a wonderful product, but even better customer service! It’s no wonder they were sold out of what I wanted when I first contacted them months ago. I wanted a polar Max tub, but because it was back-ordered, they went ahead and sent me a smaller tub so they can get me going before my Max tub would be able to ship a few weeks later. The Max arrived a few weeks later and they were very helpful with set up instructions and any questions I had. Old-school customer service and true appreciation for customers!! THEY ARE GREAT!!

Don’t get it
Don’t get it. We have been fighting with this polar dive for 6 months. It leaks no matter what we do. Not one time have we used it. Buyer beware. Terrible!!!!
My only regret is that I didn’t put the review in 2 weeks ago. I may have saved someone from buying a bS father day gift.
Cold water in the desert!
Customer service was very good. I really like the larger tub because I can extend my legs. The cooler is very efficient with power consumption which is a pleasant surprise. Now I have cold water in the desert!

Great company - repeat buyer
I have enjoyed Polar Dive products over the past 2 years. I have their sauna and just upgraded to the Polar Dive Max. They have always treated me with respect and handled my issues promptly. Will continue to recommend this company to anyone whom will listen.
Off the charts customer service
On top of well built equipment, the customer team is truly exceptional. The memorial day sale overwhelmed their inventory. Rather than just explaining that away, they jumped into action, shipping me a temporary tub to get me plunging, at no cost. Since they have been so attentive. I can't say enough good about there team... This is the second plunge system I've purchased in the last two years, the polar dive team is the opposite extreme of my first system purchse. I wouldn't hesitate to buy anything they sell not matter the cost.
Customer Service was good - Update: trying to make things right
UPDATE: 6/15/2028. Was emailed by Max from Polar Plunge to see how to make things right. I called him and he listened as I voiced all my concerns about product, logistics and quality etc. Making amends I was sent a thermometer and inflatable stairs. Still waiting on filters to arrive, however was provided tracking. The chiller has a energy saver enabled so if it is within 3 degree's it stays there, that was my issue with the chiller. I moved it to 40 and it got to 43 degree's for any others seeing issues. Updated from 1 star to a 4 now that they worked with me to make things right.
Alright, where to begin. I spent 1000 and bought a Pro and pro chiller. It came with a promotional Mat, cleaning supplies, 2 year warranty and shipping protection. I received the cold plunge and chiller in about a month. Fair. The mat and cleaning supplies arrived 14 weeks later. They weren't in production, but they offered it up as it was already a done deal. Customer service helped me through this, but still poor management behind it all and production/logistics. Then I order filters as it states "change monthly" per there app. We're now at week 6 and I still don't have filters. Over promise and under produce. I'm worried my 2 year warranty will be bad next considering it can hardly keep the water below 61 degrees and that's running it 24/7. It's in a climate controlled garage at not getting direct sunlight. I feel like for the price this is a poorly manufactured product and would tell someone to spend there hard earned money elsewhere. If you don't have a product, don't say you do. It's mis leading and making you look like you oversold and unproduced.
Great affordable option
The tub itself isn’t really any different from other brands, but the chiller has worked great! We wouldn’t have been able to afford any other brand so very thankful for a cost efficient option to still get cold plunge benefits!
