I bought a trail camera from Pollyjoy on Living Social. The camera was faulty. I returned the item by registered post. Pollyjoy said they didn't receive it. When I provided the proof of postage I received a refund for the item. But now neither Wowcher/Living Social or pollyjoy will reimburse me with the €14.50 postage I paid to return it. Pollyjoy's returns policy clearly states that they will refund postage for faulty items. I have written dozen of emails to Wowcher and pollyjoy but they keep referring me back to the other one to get a refund.

Bought a night/wild camera. Was delivered a week ahead of estimated time. Still have to try it out. But very happy with quick delivery.

Avoid haven’t received my items it’s been a month now

This is no different from a scam. I ordered a pair of curtains through wowcher, but only one was sent, denying the description in the advertisement.

Product defective. Heats about half the size of your palm when you find that patch. Since when did 3ft by 4ft 6 constitute XXL. Rubbish product and customer service. Complete rip off. Do not buy

Bought a XXXL woollen jacket from PLLYJOY through Gogroopie. A XXL size jacket turned up. Wouldn't fit a 6 year old .Wish I'd read these reviews. I asked to return it but they want me to pay postage again. OMG absolute joke. DO NOT USE and STEER CLEAR. Gogroopie and Woucher are a scam

Pollyjoy, GoGroopie & Wowcher all in cahoots to rip you off.Unwisely used GoGroopie for the first ( & Last) time to order a waterproof jacket 29th October. On 28th NOV was given a link by GG to contact Pollyjoy . Which I did. Their response was that they had sent it , but no tracking details. Next, they required my address? After that the link was cancelled. It has taken me until today 30th December to obtain a credit from GoGroopie.
It appears that these voucher companies sign up anybody and then leave the customer to sort out the invariable lack of goods or the correct ones.

I ordered an XL jacket for myself which my wife failed to get on and she is a Ladies 14. This company is a disgrace and should be shut down and prosecuted for selling goods that are not fit for purpose. Tried to contact them but their customer service is non existent. Avoid this company.

I ordered A coat but when it came it was not the one I ordered compleaty different , I have tried to contact the several times but had no reply this must be the worst company I have ever delt with

Dont use this company, and i would say be cautious with GoGroupie too as they are no help, washing their hands of the purchase. Waterproof windproof coat mans XL would fit a 10 year old at a push.

Would not have given any stars if I could. Ordered XL Size Jacket via GoGroopie Voucher. What a mistake. Child size Jacket arrived. I wish I had looked at the reviews before purchase. Lesson Learned there.

What a Joke, reporting them to Trading standards and make sure they close their doors forever, I have the political and economic clout

Ordered a cold weather jacket on Go groopie not knowing it would be supplied by Pollyjoy. I am a standard size L. The jacket when it arrived was labelled L but was so small I could not even get it on, it was even too small for my wife (size 12) but it was not all bad news as I was offered £3.50 compensation 🫣 Charity shop visit coming up.

Wish I’d read these reviews I trusted buying through Wowcher they would only sell through good companies

Needed two thought raining windy trying to get home left them

With postage same price so sent for them . 1 arrived well if was for a child of 2/3 perfect but rubbish quality don’t know if other one will come but I’m fuming 😡 never again
Should have gone on line to matalan has I knew good quality and if not happy they would refund .
Don’t help when living on practically nothing but why Wowcher letting people spend their well earned money like this Disgusting

Ordered a bath mat from this company through Wowcher, still not received this item and should have arrived before the 12th September. Tracking says courier is waiting to receive this item. Looking at reviews, I don't think am seeing this item, I know it was only £8.99 with out postage but how can company's get away with this and how is big company's like Wowcher letting them advertise on there sites. I will be trying to claw back my money through Wowcher and if not then they have lost a customer also.

I would not recommend buying any product from this company.(Polly joy.)I ordered a product from them through GOGROOPIE. I ordered it on 01/07/23. They said it would arrive before or on day 14. I have not received my product, I have emailed them 4 times about this issue , they just keep saying the same thing over and over, wait 1 or 2 more days. I requested my money to be refunded and they refused. It was a total waste of my very hard earned money.

DO NOT purchase from these people. They “ false advertise“ . You will not receive what you see on the listing advertised. 3D air ball pillow for the bed, shows the models head lying on it when it arrived it is no bigger than a neck rest. I paid for the item I paid postage for delivery now they want me to pay postage AGAIN to return for a refund so I’m out of pocket for 2 lots of postage all through their “ false advertising” you been fore warned.

I bought a wildlife camera a couple of weeks ago. It was set up correctly but the daytime pictures and video were cloudy, you would think you were looking through a misted up window. The night time pictures and video were totally greyed out with nothing to see. I contacted pollyjoy twice to ask for a paid returns label so I could return the camera as it was faulty/ not fit for purpose. After a few days of waiting I got an email saying the item had been delivered and showed a picture of the delivery. I replied by saying I didn't want or need proof of delivery, I needed a paid returns for refund. Two more emails later I get an email saying thry dont shoulder return postage for this sort of thing as they can't expect to know what people's expectations of the product might be. They would give me £5 back if I just keep the product. Just sent another email saying I'm contacting trading standards and writing a detailed review.

I bought an expandable hose on March 5th from Pollyjoy. It was delivered a few days later. I stored the hose in its wrapping in my waterproof shed. On 7th June used the hose for the first time. It immediately split down the side. It is useless. I contacted Pollyjoy. They said it is out of warranty. I replied that I had only had it 3 months. They said the warranty is only 3 months. Do not use this company!
