Paid extra for 24hr delivery
Paid extra for 24hr delivery. Turned up 2 days late. Was told the item was out of stock but nothing was mentioned online about that.
Product was good but came with no lubricant. Overall not impressed.

We apologise for the delay in your delivery. This is not typical of our service, and we are exploring why this happened to ensure it doesn’t happen again.
We also want to be very clear about the lubricant. Our bushes are explicitly designed to be used without grease, and this is clearly stated on both the product bag and box.
Applying lubricant will damage the bush and void the warranty. Grease attracts dirt, creating a grinding paste that rapidly wears away the material. Our bushes are engineered so that the polyurethane twists under load, not the tube spinning inside or the casting moving in the housing. Using grease effectively turns the bush into a bearing—a use it was never designed for.
We take the design and performance of our products seriously. To get the intended lifespan and function, they must be used exactly as specified. We appreciate your understanding.

Five star service .
The service from the company is five star and the bushes were easy to fit. The only reason that I haven't given five stars is because the car is still being restored so cannot take the driving experience into account!

Fantastic service - my enquiry email was replied to swiftly by Greg who confirmed the bushes would fit. I found the installation videos very useful and the delivery time was fast too. Will definitely be using Polybush again as I renew more bushes on the car. Thanks again.

What a disaster
What a disaster it was trying to get my parts. They ship and no tracking #. Then some Mark3 mails you for "Duty" fees. Of course, no corresponding order #. Then you get an email from Bonopreme Products International showing you paid them. By now you're trying to figure out WTH is going on, and now the link to pay the "duty" has expired and package returned to sender. Then they want another $132 for shipping again for a 3Lb small box or they will cancel your order minus the shipping. What a nightmare. Never again!

VAT inclusive
I ordered a set of bushes , which clearly states 103.80 GBP incl VAT , I reside in Australia which clearly is exempt from VAT 20% , therefore price should have been approx 86 GBP , I called polybush who agreed the pricing was incorrect , VAT is not inclusive , although every single item on their website clearly states VAT incl , I did get my money back , they should have discounted the item 20% to try and keep a customer happy , not a good way to run a business.
