Shocked the customer service is embarrassing. Emailed to ask if they would do custom bushes for me an was told " look at our website" obviously i have! 🙄 doesn't really answer my question at all.

Fantastic service. The product I brought was out of stock at the time of despatch. I was contacted quickly and offered for some to be made and cured over the weekend. Due to needing this product by a certain date and the curing process taking a few days, I was offered next day delivery upgrade with no extra charge to ensure I got my product on time. Great customer service and would highly recommend

Online site very easy to use, The Renault trafic subframe bushes are very good quality and easy to install (once old bushes are out 😅)
The poly bushes have made a major improvements to the handling of the vehicle

Super service and quality product, once fitted to the suspension the car was cured of the annoying "bobble" noise and now the ride is greatly improved.
We will use Polybush again for replacement bushes!

Very helpful knowledgeable staff and good product.

First the bad points.
I received an email that the order was ‘completed’ but not told that it had been dispatched, no tracking information, delivery method and no expected delivery date.
The bushes may be slightly different sizes, one ‘outer’ fitted reassuringly tightly in the axle and the centre was a tight but easily fitted with hand pressure. The other outer was a loose fit but the centre needed a lot more force to pull in, once fitted there was still easy sideways movement of this bush.
The good points
After trying for a week to fit the original style plastic covered rubber bush without success this Polybush option was a dream to fit. The first one fitted in about 30 seconds using only some liquid soap as a lubricant.
As this bush can be fitted without the need for pullers or a press they can be fitted without removing the axle from the vehicle.
I would defiantly recommend Polybushes to any DIY mechanic

Easy to order, web site a little confusing as to amount you are ordering, best thing about these is you dont need a special tool to insert them they just push in with a little tap with a rubber hammer, so easy, as they say fit and forget, made the ride a little sharper but more comfortable.
Will buy more in the future.
