The delivery takes too long. Not sure the product is worth it

Our baby loved the Pompons everyday shoes we bought. It feels so comfortable and is made with good material.
Highly recommended.

Efficient customer service! I bought these shoes for my daughter, unfortunately they are too big, so I contacted the customer service, they answered very quickly, less than 24h, and they are ready to send me the correct size! I can’t wait to receive them so my daughter can finally have new shoes which adapted to her feet!!

I love our Pompons, we have more than one style and they are all great! The sole is nice and flexible and the sock ones are easy to put on, they are perfect for my toddler. Anyone who's ever seen them always commented on how pretty and practical they look, and I can only agree. Highly recommended 🙂

The shoes arrived quickly and look exactly like advertised. The material quality is good, there is no rubber smell and The costumer service is friendly an extremely quick to reply ( the shoesI ordered were to big and costumer service replied on the same day).

I ordered my daughter her first pompons because her shoes make her trip every time. I received my order and was amazed with the grip these shoes have! The only thing was that the size i ordered for her big. I contacted customer service and they replied to me fast! I was told they were going to send me a new pair with the right size and free of charge, plus still kept the current ones. I was amazed with their customer service!

Great products and great service! I bought different models in different sizes. All great quality. I wanted to exchange one of them as one the models didn't fit right (it has to do with the size of my baby's ankles, not the shoe!). Their team advised on different models to chose from and made the exchange experience quite easy and pleasant. 5 stars all around.

We struggled finding a shoe for our little guy because he didn’t like any of them. I looked up some different shoe websites and found Pompons and he instantly love them! We will be buying all of his shoes from Pompons!

My daughter really likes her shoes! But what I love is how flexible they are and easy to put on her feet. I purchased the Elf Country in two sizes & colors. They do run big as others have mentioned however she wears the size that fits now and we have one for when she can fit them.

The shoes I purchased (12-18months) for my 14mon old were quite a bit bigger for my kiddo’s average sized feet. But the company was prompt in helping me get the right size.

The three shoes I received are so cute and have a good quality, my wife and me are so happy with the products. I recommend the brand.

Ordered a few pairs of shoes in the wrong size and they offered to replace them for me free of charge. Fantastic customer service with wonderful quality shoes.

I was so impressed with the customer service and quality of this brand! The shoes we ordered were super cute in person and such higher quality than a similar pair of shoes we bought off Amazon.

I’ve tried many products before Pompon. Traditional baby socks didn’t stay in place,
the heels were always slipping and my son fell a lot because of this. With the Pompon shoe-socks, the problem is fixed !!! The sole really make a difference.
It provides a little more support whilst still maintaining flexibility. It seems really comfortable and it’s a good alternative to rigid walking shoes.

The customer service is effective. I had a little problem with the size I ordered and they made sure that I receive exactly what I needed.
