Over the last 12 months we have invested in 7 lights from Pooky. They each come with a rechargeable bulb and a remote control. I love the fact there are no wires involved which means you can put lighting literally anywhere without needing an electrician. I would say a little on the pricey side but you get what you pay for, we have no regrets and we will be purchasing from them again.

Well designed lamp with easy recharging facility via usb.
Feels heavy and quality , very neat modular light unit and pleasing bronze/brown finish . Sufficient light power for most purposes , highly convenient to be able to move anywhere as no cable or nearby mains socket required. The Empire shade is well made with interior lining and matches the base perfectly.
The sale price made it an attractive buy.

Fast despatch from the warehouse and courier was DPD which is reliable. Item was packaged well and returns process was easy. The reason why I returned my item was because I thought the image on the website was different to the item I received - the print was not captured well. The quality of the item was great, but perhaps overpriced

I know the quality of the products having made many repeat orders - The petal wall light is a favourite - I know it is actually "cream" - maybe you should change the description from "white" - just a suggestion.

Most of my rooms in my house now have pooky lights fitted in them as there is so much choice of styles and I have found are good value for money. Their mirrors are beautiful too and have been a lovely finishing touch in my recently finished living room update. My latest purchase was for 5 of the 16 cm lamp shades in a William Morris silk. To fit on top of the single chukka brass wall fittings. I was on the waitlist for the shades for around 6 months and they were definitely worth the wait. The gold fabric inside the shade gives a beautiful warm glow to the room when lit. Pooky is definitely my first choice for lighting. Despite the long wait for the products to come back into stock, once ordered they were delivered very quickly and packaged really well to avoid any damage to the delicate fabrics. Highly recommended.

Fabulous showroom and beautifully laid out showcasing Pooky’s superb choice of lighting. We had a great welcome and offered a coffee, how nice is that! We loved the outlet section and walked away with three new lights! The staff were really helpful but felt they could have had at least another staff member to help out with queries particularly on a Saturday as it got quite busy. Great experience and have told many friends about it.

Great lights and switches. You get what you pay for, worth every penny.

The website is easy to negotiate. It is possible to mix and match the stands and the lamp shades and seebwhat the whole product would look like.

After I received the floor lamp, it was fairly easy to assemble. It looks great in the living room.

Was difficult to decide as so many beautiful fabrics and since I’m living in New Zealand didn’t want to return it. Was posted to my sister very promptly and she bought it over in her luggage. Arrived in perfect condition and I’m thrilled with it. Very hard to get this quality and range of product in NZ this affordable.

I ordered a standard lamp in the winter sale . Got it for a great bargain, was able to buy the shade and even the bulb. The items arrived v quickly and the lamp was all assembled in the package. Totally stress free ! I love it 🥰 great experience and would definitely recommend this company .

Pooky are my first go to lighting supplier for all my projects as there products have such a variety and flexibility in styles and they are exceptionally well made. My most recent purchases were 8 25cm pleated linen lampshades for my clients existing chandelier and an Ascot 3 arm chandelier for another project. The company never fails to disappoint me or my clients.

I loved the lights I ordered, Pooky were great about swapping them when I first ordered the wrong one and then one was faulty. They quickly offered for me to return and replaced. The whole process was very easy. The lights are look stunning!

We had a great experience with Pooky. We had to return a few items after accidentally ordering single-gang instead of double sockets, and their customer service was genuinely helpful and easy to deal with. The products themselves are beautiful – really unique designs and excellent quality. It’s rare to find lighting like this without paying a crazy amount, and Pooky strikes a perfect balance between quality, design and price. Highly recommended.

AVOID THIS COMPANY.

Sold me a lamp that was faulty. Delivered it in a wet cardboard box. Lamp blew out my electrics.

Had to pay an electrician £120 to reset the circuits. He said "you should tell whoever sold this lamp to you that it needs to come with a warning label".

Told me they'd send new boxes and arrange collection.

No new boxes have arrived. Still waiting for them to contact me.

Seems like a scam company - don't buy from them!

Paid £72.00 for a lampshade which is of such poor quality.

The pattern is not symmetrical and of no better quality than anything available in a shop such as B & Q.

Have to go through the inconvenience of visiting a Yodel drop off shop to avoid paying for a return.

Will avoid this Company in the future.
