Outstanding customer service. I was struggling to find filters to fit our hot tub until I contacted Pool and spa centre. They were able to check the exact measurements required, sending pictures to confirm sizes to see if they were compatible. We ordered and received the filters very quickly and they were a perfect fit. I have now placed a further order.

Unable to find existing pump number so asked customer advisor giving appropriate photos. Andrew advised on correct pump with instructions on how to check our circumstances first before ordering. Dispatched day after ordering via 24hr Royal Mail service. Would recommend.

I ordered some filter cartridges. Within 10 mins of payment I had an email confirming my order. Then a second email showing items as dispatched. Now that's what I call good service. Thank you.

The after sales care was excellent. Bought a product over 6 months ago and only installed recently, i had issues installing and few emails back and forward - resolved my problem. Definitely use these guys again.

I emailed the company and received a prompt reply. I then sent a further email and got a reply which lead me to phone. I spoke to Andrew who was very helpful and explained what I needed. I then visited them at their location in Bridgenorth. I saw Andrew who took time to not only get the items I wanted but also to explain how to fit them. A very good experience and I would reccommend them
