Got an email asking for my review, here it goes, this business is trash! I ordered 2 pop-it’s from this company on December 9th 2024, and still haven’t received a damn thing. This was part of my son’s birthday present! I don’t know what you guys are playing at, I’ve given you adequate time to send the product, but by end of week I’ll be filing my bank dispute to get my money back. Absolutely ridiculous. DO NOT order through this company!!
Instead of shipping either of the items I ordered, Pop Its Toys first cancelled one item with no explanation, then shipped four plain white PVC cards (like blank credit cards) instead of the item that was not cancelled. I contacted them over a week ago to obtain a full refund and have not received any response yet.
My order did not arrive. My repeated checking of the tracking app finally advanced from "on it's way"--to "order cancelled." When I contacted Pop It's, they had no idea that this had happened. It was only then that they checked into it, finding out that the delivery company had "lost the order." It is unacceptable that I should have had to inform Pop It's of this 2 weeks after it happened. Clearly there is no interest in following up. It was up to THEM to inform ME of this mess-up, rather than the other way around.
How do I return this item? The peacock pop it showed blue on the website, but I got a pastel rainbow color instead. How do I return it? I sent you an email on 5/24/24, but haven’t received a response yet. Thank you!
Noted wrong address on confirmation email. Despite several attempts to correct it and finally receiving confirmation from Pop It’s Toys, the item was still shipped to wrong address. The gift was never delivered and I never received any notification from the store or a refund.
I ordered a pikachu pop it and received a rainbow unicorn pop it. Could not be more different than what I ordered.
I ordered a blue sheep popit and afyer 3 weeks a pink one arrived. I emailed asking for this to be rectified and had NO reply or acknowledgement. Will not order again.
Apparently the items I ordered were out of stock. Instead of contacting me or canceling the order they just decided to send me different items which I disliked so much I donated them. When I contacted customer service I was issued a refund for the items but not the shipping. I was out $5+ for nothing.
I never received the the time I ordered.
And when I contacted customer support no one responded.
They won’t let me return them because I’m dissatisfied with the quality of the product and don’t want them anymore. They said I could only return them if they’re broken. STUPID. $50 completely down the drain.
Je suis globalement très contente du jouet commandé, le rapport qualité prix est correct. Le délai de livraison est un peu long.
The order took about a month to arrive, which was longer than expected. But all the toys are good quality and are good for fidgeting with.
Lovely support, Jean-Marc answered quickly to my questions and is very nice!
