Good product, slow delivery.

I have purchased a couple of items through this site. When I had an issue with one item, customer service was very responsive and accommodating.

Love the fountain. Easy to adjust how high it goes.

Poposoapsolar was easy to deal with. Shipping speed was only decent, not super speedy and the fountain was worked well.

Our package arrived damaged solar panel. I notified the company and they had a replacement for the panel to our home within 2 days! Great service 👍

I love the solar water pump. It’s fun, it’s flirty, and it’s solar.

I needed a filter and fountain for a small 20 gallon fish tank in my flower garden. I did not want to run a cord across the backyard, so the solar filter worked perfectly. It keeps the water clean and gives a nice fountain in the back yard. It is awesome. The sound of the water is very relaxing and the fish love it.

I am extremely happy with my purchase. Shipping was fast and it was securely packed. It works like I'd hoped. The LED lights are awesome. I will be doing business with Poposoap in the future.

Overall a positive experience.

The positives: The package with pump and solar panel arrived quickly and the documentation to set up was easy enough to follow. Set up was a breeze. Pump pushes up enough water to climb four feet and produce a nice bubbling effect at the top of the fountain.

Additionally their customer services was responsive with both live chat and emails to assist me in selecting an aftermarket DC battery that was compatible with their equipment.

Neutral: I replaced the water hose that came with the pump as it kinks too easily. A rigid, segmented 1/2” water line was used in its place that won’t kink. It’s a more expensive after market option but worth it imo.

Poor: website explains that either a 4000 or 5200 mah Battery needs to be used to support the pump during low light conditions. The website shows the battery, but it’s not purchasable. When asked why, the customer service rep told me it was under development… huh? Why advertise a product that isn’t available yet?

Im less than 2 weeks in operation but so far so good overall.

Good product, solid customer service.

Got my aerator for almost 6 weeks now. It's outside and does a great job at creating bubbles. I only took off one star because I followed the instructions to make the air stones equal length from the T-junction, but there's still a noticable difference in the amount of bubbles between the two. Oh bonus they also provided extra aerators and screws to stake the solar panel onto. It works well overall for my outdoor fish tank, especially bc it stores the extra sun energy and uses it throughout the night. It also has different power levels that I use to adjust the oxygenation of my tank depending on how hot it is (during warmer weather, i increase the power to help my fish be more comfortable)

I purchased a solar pump for my birdbath fountain. It was perfect.
When I had a problem a few months later,customer service helped me and honored the 1 year warrenty.

Really enjoying the fountain. It’s so low maintenance. Even though the directions were a bit unclear, the set up was easy and intuitive. Would buy again.

I purchased the solar water fountain for a birdbath and it’s been great. The solar panel works even when there’s cloud coverage and it’s kept the water flowing and clean for several weeks now. I have also purchased one to gift to my mom and am buying another to put in a fountain in my front yard. I could not be happier with my purchase.

This combination pump filter was the perfect solution to my new backyard pond. It was very easy to set up, clean and maintain. It keeps my 145 gallon pond crystal clear and my plants healthy. And the multicolor LED light adds an extra touch when enjoying the space at night. NOTE: because I had an electrical outlet close by and we needed higher pump capacity, we opted for the AC powered pump - not the solar version.

The bird bath solar fountain worked as soon as it went into the water. It has a good flow, powering the fountain to a good height. Birds seem to like it ,especially when the weather is hot. Delivery was quick, setup was easy.

Excited to find an 'all inclusive' filtration system for my pond that takes the guess work out. Filter box, media and pump and tubing all included. Ordering was a breeze and the product actually arrived days earlier than expected! Order confirmations were on time, tracking info was available and the filter arrived well packaged and I'm perfect condition. It does the job and then some!
