Dominic has been amazing, he's been supporting myself and our community with his technical expertise for a little while now, fixing issues as they arise and consulting and advising us on many problems. Well worth hiring and will continue to use his services for a long time to come.

So far it's been a pretty smooth experience. Apart from the rough startup, since I had a fabric server to transfer to the current setup I bought here and I had never worked with FTP before, but once I got to figure out how FTP and the server panel works, it went very well. The server performance has been very steady (although I only have it running for 1 day now so couldn't objectively say). I looked for a service that was basically run on credit instead of a credit card and idiox has been pretty spot on so far! You just basically add more credit if you want to continue very easily. If you don't want to link a credit card to a server hosting service, I think idiox can be your fit!

Where do I even begin? I have had a long experience with the owner and CEO of Idiox. He is a genuinely nice person and a really great developer. He is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to programming and server administration. There is not an awful lot of people who are able to do the thing he does at a relatively young age. When it comes to the Idiox product called neolayer it is absolutely fantastic. It's every small GSP's dream. It does node management for you in a very efficient manner. The billing works splendid and the control over game & voice servers are simply fantastic. It does resource management really well which will help you a lot with guaranteeing your customers the best possible quality. It's simply fantastic, thank you Dominic! :)

The only reason this is not 5 stars is because you do have to contact support to upload custom php scripts for a M&B server rather than have a place on the ftp, however, this is understandable as most people wouldn't need to upload custom php scripts. Perhaps something to they can improve in the future.

I moved to Infravider due to my previous server provider lacking quality hardware and having a disfunctional interface. Infravider turned out to be cheaper and higher quality with a easy to use, functional interface. Glad I switched to Infravider.

Infravider has, hands down, the best customer service I have ever dealt with in any server host. Even through a rocky launch of Mordhau. I was always able to get ahold of support to try and fix things that we couldn't have fixed anyways. The price was way lower than any other server host. I took one star just because I'm a picky customer, I would have liked some more features and server locations. Even still, I've told them about it and they seem open to new ideas as long as it's something customers want.

The customer service is very quick and helpful and the server I rented has been running great. I would recommend this company to anyone!

I did order a TeamSpeak and a game sever on infravider. Both were set up in a short time and ready. When I need help then the support is really nice. They helped me much on many things. Also it's very cheap and very good quality. I will only buy servers from Infravider.

This is the best hosting company and persistent world script provider I have ever seen. I talk personally with the owner, and he is helpful and considerate. He requires payment for his services like any other hosting provider, but the services he provides are more than exceptional and timely. I have had no issues with my server, and the control panel is easy to use.

My only wish is that they had an NA server. I am not getting very good service there from other providers (like Oasis Hosting).

Had an issue with the FTP-Server. Added the Support on Steam and got an answer directly. Thats how it should be! Worked perfectly after 15 mins.

Server itself is running smooth, 80 FPS on high graphic settings on my Laptop, no lags or other issues.

This is honestly the cheapest you can get out there for the quality it's providing. I'm a long time customer and honestly, I've never had problems and with this provider. Good job Dominic, keep it up!
