This company is a fraud! DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM! I placed an order back on August 3, 2025 and still have not received it! After leaving countless messages I have never received a return call.
STAY AWAY!

I ordeed a neon sign in August 2025. After numerous emails, phone calls and broken promises, I was compelled to do a chargeback on my credit card. Don't fall for the excuses. This is not a company that I would EVER advise anybody to do business with. I should have read the reviews before I ordered.

Fraud company don’t buy from them. I’ve been trying to get my signs from them for 6 months. At first they would email and now no response at all. Empty promises

Buyer Beware

We placed two orders in December totaling over $5,000. After five unanswered emails, I finally found a phone number and spoke with a customer service representative on the 20th of last month. I was told our orders were loaded on a truck and scheduled to ship on the 27th.

Since then, there have been no updates.

Over the last three weeks I have made five additional phone calls and sent more emails, none of which have been returned. The voicemail message has remained the same for three straight weeks with no indication that orders are being processed or that customer inquiries are being addressed.

Our next step will be contacting the Florida BBB and our credit card company to begin filing claims if this issue is not resolved

Wish I could give ZERO stars. Fake company, absolutely non-existent communication. Ordered sign 9/5/25. Owner Darrien Eouse never returns calls. Jessica Felix some employee says she'll "help me get a refund". Never came. STOLE $1012 from me. I'm going to contact Florida AG.

Zero Stars is too much. This is a fraud business. I ordered $1000 worth of signs, one large neon and smaller porcelain last July, 2025. It is now April of 2026, they shipped three small porcelain signs total value $100. They won't respond to emails, won't refund, and won't ship the items. BUYER BEWARE, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS BUSINESS.

Stole my money. Do not buy you will regret. Purchased a 970.00 sign over a year ago and at first they strung me along until October 2025 when I asked for my money back totally ignored us. Total scumbags!

SCAM! BEWARE! Ordered $1,600 sign from Porcelain Advertising 11/3/2025. Non existent customer service with a fake voicemail lying about how important it is to be a good company. 6 months now and still no sign or refund and they wont answer emails or calls. Jessica Felix answered the phone once and lied that it would be shipped the next day. I am getting an attorney involced this week. DO NOT BUY, THEY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY AND IGNORE YOU!

I ordered a sign in December. Did not receive the sign I actually ordered but received 2 signs I did not want or order and still want the original sign I ordered.
Appreciate trying to make it up but instead of a refund you sent me two signs I dont want. Here is my original order????

Do NOT buy from this company!! I placed an order for a neon sign nearly 10 months ago…still nothing!!! They don’t answer the phone, they don’t respond to emails and texts are returned with “canned” answers that I believe to be a.i. generated. They are good at stringing you along but have zero track record for actually delivering a product!! Google them…they are a fraud!

Worst customer service ever…. Zero communication. Placed a large order October 2025 and never was able to contact anyone about it over phone or email through their website. After couple weeks did a chargeback but since it was past their refund period I am out hall my money as American Express honored their return policy. The reason i waited so long was because I was trying to talk to someone about my order. Stay away and buy elsewhere

I ordered a neon sign in July 2025 which I never received. For the first 3 months the company was communicative, apologetic and remained confident I would receive my sign ‘soon’.
However, after 3 additional months passed (6mo. total) the company’s responses became vague and delayed so after 6 months I decided to formally request a refund to which the company never replied. Unfortunately, my experience was quite unsatisfactory and I would use caution before placing an order.

Order was placed on December fifth and I just received it today, March twentieth.
The item was exactly as described and in great condition. They also sent an additional porcelain sign, which was unexpected and in great condition as well.
I would rate the porcelain sign 5 stars, the second one I received was an offering for the delay in shipping.
The reason for the low score was due to the length in time from order to receipt

The order never shipped. After repeated inquiries I requested and was given a refund.

I was a little worried about where my order was as I did place in December but after speaking with Jessica she assured me it was out for delivery and even followed up to make sure I received the order and I received it and can’t wait to do more business with them here in the near future!

I still have not received the porcelain sign I ordered in December; almost 3 months ago. Porcelain Ad had not reached out to update me; I have had to send inquiries via emails at least twice. The only reason I gave them a second star is because they have answered my inquiries promptly and have promised my sign will arrive soon. Fingers crossed.

It took 2 1/2 MONTHS to receive my order. I contacted them on numerous occasions and was told the problem was with the USPS pick up and they couldn’t do anything about it. No apologies, just excuses. When I asked why they couldn’t just bring the item to the Post Office themselves and asked for a refund suddenly the item was delivered. They need to work on their operations and customer service.

That said, I will say the sign I ordered is good quality as advertised.

I was very optimistic about my order.
Company presented very nice seemingly high-quality products.
I made a pretty significant order.
The company isn’t far from me, geographically, so I expected fairly quick receipt of my order.
Several weeks after the order was placed and paid for, I reached out for status. And was shockingly told that everything is custom produced per order.
I was amazed, since it looked like an extensive catalog of product, nor did any verbiage that I saw say that the order would be produced, rather than out of inventory.
When I asked about that, I received what I perceived a rather smug response.
And was promised a 2 to 3 month delivery.
To which I was very disappointed about.
Yet my disappointment continued, when that timeline came and went, and still no product. And, very little in the way of Updates.
To which I had to initiate the inquiry’s.
I asked for a refund, and ultimately had to protest on my credit card the charge.

Then I went on Amazon and ordered three products and received them all within 10 to 14 days.
The Amazon order may have been lesser quality, but certainly not a frustrating process.
I’d be very hesitant about ordering from these folks.
