Porefect Reviews

Avoid!!!! Not an Irish company. I was waiting two months for my order. When it didn't arrive I emailed the company. I was told the item had been delivered and to take my complaint to An Post. My return email stipulated that under EU law, that I was entitled to a full refund as my contract was with the seller and not An Post. It was up to them to contact An Post, not me. I never received a reply. Porefect is a total scam. I never received my order or a refund.

Bought these on 5th January payed €25 with postage only arrived today 9th February I fell for their false advertisement on Instagram saying they were a small Irish company BE AWARE. Pure scam this is .: can be bought on Temu for €3.50 .. hair falling out of the brushes after first use ..

Porefect Lymphatic drainage brush and Gua Sha. My order finally arrived after many weeks of waiting and wondering. I previously wrote a review stating that I felt I had been scammed, I complained about the delivery coming from China and not Ireland and also about the customer service being so poor. All that aside my order finally arrived yesterday. I'm happy to report that my products were as ordered and all in good nick and good quality. I used the brushes this morning and the Gua sha. I really enjoyed using these tools. It's a pity that all the negative words had to be used before the positive happened. Anyhow alls well that ends well and I am now a happy customer. Would I order through this company again, I'm not sure, maybe? Mary

POREFECT IS A SCAM . I fell for their story that they are a small, Irish, dermatologist led company and ordered from them instead of amazon or any bigger brands. Its all lies. The brushes that I ordered 2 weeks ago never arrived and the tracking suggests that they are still in China. All attempts to contact Porefect have been ignored. DO NOT ORDERNFROM POREFECT.

Reckon its a completely fake website. Ordered early January and no communication, i usually go to trust pilot all the time but somehow didnt this time. Dont buy from here

Zero trust. Ordered a month ago. I have emailed. No answer. Email address bouncing back emails now. Do not buy from this company. Scam. Scam. Scam.

Not an Irish company like everyone says. took months to arrive from China. It’s fine but not as good as a Gua Sha. But if you want it buy it on Temu of €3!!

Total scam. Useless product and not an Irish company.

Stay away. It's not an Irish company...waited weeks... arrived...rubbish..false advertisement,it claimed the offers were for two brushes, one arrived. No instructions/ care details.

Stay away! It's an overpriced dropshipping item. I'm currently waiting 4 weeks and nothing arrived. But got a tracking number from China. Its misleading as the company claims selling from Ireland.

Feel ripped off. Just keep your money and stay well away !

Ordered on January 1st. Has not arrived. Tracking says it's coming from China. Presented as an Irish company. Unable to contact company. Email is not sending.

I order this product on the 26th of December. I still have not received it. Numerous emails fobbed off every time. Do not buy from this company. It's a scam.

amazing product, works really well, brush is super soft... absolutley love it!!

ALso casme quite quick!

I wish I’d read the trustpilot reviews before ordering. I ordered the ‘buy one get one free’ offer at the start of December. My order still hasn’t arrived. I’ve been back and forth on email and I’m getting no satisfaction. I’m being told it’s with An Post. This is a complete scam. Stay well away.

Be warned this is not an Irish Company. Ignore the irish accent. It’s coming from China so no doubt cheap and rubbish. I normally check trust pilot before purchasing but got caught off guard with the irish advertisement.

Waste of time and money. In any way shape or form its not Irish product. Comes from China, and materials are crap. AVOID!

Ordered 2 weeks ago, still haven't received it. Was what seemed an Irish site. Cant believe I fell for this one....... Buy on amazon

Ordered what seemed like an Irish product 3 weeks ago and still has not arrived. Haven't received any update. Very misleading.
