I bought the Crybaby perfume and it was working the first few times, but then the nozzle wouldn't press down and I tried many ways to fix it. Having had no luck, I contacted the company and they said they would not replace or refund the item. I even offered to send back the perfume, which is pretty much full, but they wouldn't do anything. I paid a lot of money for the perfume (almost £200 after the shipping and taxes were added on). I love the perfume but cannot use it as the lid doesn't come off and it no longer sprays. No Paypal option either, which guarantees no refunds if something goes wrong.

Terrible and overpriced! they sent me a broken perfume last summer and they were supposed to send me a replacement but they’ve never done it yet. i texted them MANY TIMES. from different accounts and nothing. they just keep ignoring me. and even worse part is that is happened to me once again few days ago! please be careful.

Arrived damaged in a badly packed box.

They blamed the courier, and said they couldn’t replace and all they could offer was an apology. No response to any further emails.

Purchased crybaby for my daughters Christmas! Arrived with a damaged box, emailed customer services repeatedly - no reply!
Wrapped it up & gave it to my daughter for Christmas to find on the day - THE BOTTLE WAS EMPTY! Obviously she was very distraught & threw it in the bin!!!
Absolutely disgusting - I will never buy from them again - will be reporting to the relevant people too.

Ich warte immer noch auf eine Bestellung von zwei crybaby Parfüms, die hätte schon längst versandt werden sollen.
Es interessiert den Support nicht, weil dieser nicht einmal antwortet. Seit Wochen versuche ich diese zu erreichen.
Beim zahlen war auch nur Kreditkarten Zahlung möglich, kein Paypal. Warum wohl?
Ich werde demnächst Beschwerde beim Kreditkarten Institut einreichen und zur Polizei gehen. Das ist Betrug. Geld wurde abgezogen und ich warte (und alle anderen außerhalb der usa) seit Wochen auf meine Bestellung.

Hab da das Crybaby perfume bestellt als es zum pre order raus kam.
Dann sehe ich wie viele leute das perfume schon haben. Ich nicht. Bis heute. Sollte vor ich glaub 2 Monaten schon verschickt werden.
Jetzt aber noch besser: sie haben es in die Zweite Runde gebracht und das Crybaby perfume nochmal zum kauf rausgebracht.
Lieferung in 2 wochen von denen.
Und ich warte immernoch vergeblichst auf meine bestellung.
Kundenservice juckt das natürlich garnicht.

Ach übrigens ich hab ca. 150 für das perfume bezahlt, 50 für versant und ich gehe von Einfuhrgebühren aus, die erst bei ankunft zu bezahlen sind. Falls das der fall ist wird das ca. 60-80 Euro nochmal drauf sein.
Also fast 300 euro für ein perfume was nicht mal ankommt.

Recieved an empty perfume bottle and received no response from Customer Support. Ordered during preorder day on August 4th and greatly disappointed that I cannot dispute the charge since its past 60 days.

Ordered the crybaby perfume as a preorder on the 4th of August. The expected shipping time was later September. They then delayed the shipping time to October. Then people in the US all got their perfumes immediately without any proper tracking. Now in the UK we are STILL waiting on our perfumes and in that time they've already restocked the perfumes!?. Then I emailed them on the 17th and got a copy and paste email about customs same as everyone else. I emailed again on the 28th and got the SAME copy and paste email as before about customs. I asked for a tracking number and was dismissed as all I want is some sorta communication or clarity that my order is being taken care of. The customer quality is SHOCKING. This company does not actually care for their customers. I doubt I will be buying from this company again any time soon as they lack proper communication and don't seem to care that people have been waiting 3 months for a £200 perfume.

why does your support team doesn’t answer any messages on your support mail? people who preordered the crybaby perfume outside the us are STILL WAITING, it keeps getting delayed and all the us crybabies are getting their perfumes. You even opened preorders on luckyscent for the crybaby perfume, which should be shipped beginning of November (said on the website). before you started ignoring customer messages you told everyone the same message, to wait because you don’t have an excact date. Really? Is that what people who ordered an 150€+ perfume get? Absolute disappointed in your shop

Also ich habe das crybaby Parfüm direkt am vorbestell Tag vorbestellt und erstmal war ein lieferdatum von Ende September vorgesehen.
Es wurde dann kurz vor knapp auf Mitte Oktober verschoben.
Während so einige Ihre Bestellungen schon längst bekommen haben, warte ich immer noch auf meine, fast Ende Oktober. Ich habe am dritten Oktober den Support kontaktiert und diese meinte, ALLE crybaby Parfüms werden die nächsten zwei Wochen versandt und heute? Immer noch nichts.
Der Shop hat es absolut nicht mit pünktlicher Lieferung..

Got an email advising the company now ships to other countries(I’m in Australia) ordered the debut collection set. Paid all costs needed for international shipping, got notification a few days later advising it was being shipped. Few days later got notified the order would be shipped back to company as it didn’t meet required permits for international shipping. Emailed asking what would happening, told me that it will be fixed and will get notified with new shipping advice in the next 2 days. Just over a week later heard nothing so emailed asking for updates, advised if order hadn’t been sent I’d like a full refund. Within a few hours of sending the email got a response advising refund will be given. If they can’t send or forget to send orders they need to admit to their mistakes and accept responsibility.

Be careful, I ordered a bag paid 102 including 23 ups shipping fee! & have been informed by ups I have to pay another 39.60 import fees. I am devastated for a bag worth 80 euro. Never once was I warned off this, & due to this I still have not received my package, because I wasn't home & cudnt pay the fees I was not aware off. Never again

I am absolutely disappointed with this Shop.
My order got lost and never arrived, so I contacted them because of that. they would’ve sent me a replacement when Inventory arrives (they wrote me this) BUT they don’t know a date and it would take MONTHS (!). they keep releasing new stuff but they don’t care about the package safety from the orders of their customers.
At this point I was just tired and asked for a full refund, they replied surprisingly fast, not like before, but when I asked for a replacement they didn’t replied fast at all. didn’t even offered a coupon.
I keep seeing more and more bad reviews about this shop and sadly WOULDN'T recommend buying there!

I ordered on Tuesday and it says they ship in 24hrs still 4 days later hasn't shipped and no way of tracking it. I have wrote to the company and still haven't heard back. Is this company actually legit?
