Incredibly fantastic artwork from Kate. She was able to recreate an old photograph into a beautiful oil painting. I am beyond happy with my purchase, and the communication and customer service was also amazing. Delivery to the UK was great, zero problems and arrived very quickly (I did pay for expressed shipping though). Highly recommend this service and I will be coming back for future pieces.

Kate was brilliantly accommodating to the portrait requests and adapted the painting until it was perfect. It is difficult to understand how she was able to craft such a detailed oil painting in such a short space of time - but the speed did not take away from the quality. If I could spend endlessly on portraits, I would buy many more from her!

This is my second painting from Portraithy. My experience both times was perfect. Kate’s communication throughout the process was consistent and clear. She answered all of my questions, helped to alter my photos a bit prior to painting, and assisted in the framing process. Each time I received my painting in time for the occasion I needed it for. And since it was being shipped from Ukraine, Kate made sure it was packaged carefully and arrived undamaged. I can’t say enough great things about Kate and her company.

From start to finish, Kate was amazing! The care, detail and professionalism is everything you would expect.
Our painting was a gift to each other for our one year wedding anniversary (in lieu of paper, instead it was canvas)
She made amendments and slight changes to the end product, whilst referencing from the original photograph.

This was such an incredible experience to work with Kate - I have never seen such a detailed painting. The most talented artist I've ever had the pleasure of commissioning a piece for.

She's extremely detail-oriented - even getting down the color of specific beard hairs on one of the guys in the shot & very small details of gear that I was wearing in the shot (you could even see logos).

10/10, would absolutely use again.
