I placed an order for 27" all in one computer 10 AM Monday and it arrived in Belfast Northern Ireland the next day at 3Pm. Outstanding fast delivery very helpful Steve kept me informed.

I ordered a 27" AIO at 09:08 hours on a Monday. The estimated delivery time for this product at this time was 5 to 7 working days. I received an email confirmation of my order which stated that a tracking number would be sent to me once the item had left the warehouse. I never received the promised tracking number but the computer itself arrived just after noon on the Wednesday, not much more than 48 hours after I placed my order. Whilst I was pleased to get my purchase so quickly it was pure luck that I was in to receive the delivery. I had only returned home from a supermarket run some 5 minutes prior to the arrival of the parcel. It might sound picky given the speed of the delivery but personally I should have preferred advanced notification of the package's delivery, even if that meant the item being delayed by one or two days.

I needed to replace my 8 year old laptop which had become frustratingly slow and irratic. In doing my research I came across Portus Digital. I read all the reviews. I phoned Aaron. Everything about the good reviews is true. Ordering, delivery, video for unpacking and set up. Aaron on the phone and 'chat' for assistance. I've had this aio for over a month now, so far I am delighted. In a stressful world, using the aio, a steep learning curve for conferencing and online presentations has become a lot less of a worry. Great kit. Great company. Delighted. I am not computer savy, but doing the research by web reading I am really pleased with the spec. All I need for today and hopefully the future.

Good UK based company. Super fast delivery! Genuine product but significantly lower price, what's not to like.

Very pleased with all-in-one computer, good specification for value.It was easy to set up and operate. A couple of issues with the free software that was not initially included but quickly dealt with by Portus.

Fast delivery, easy assembly for a reasonably priced high spec all-in-one. Very helpful aftercare. Highly recommend Portus Digital.

I was thoroughly delighted with my purchase. The computer was delivered promptly and the service was impeccable. There was a problem at first with the free software but this was handled very efficiently. So far, no problems whatsoever.

Really helpful customer service, using the online chat function. Portus dealt very fairly with a delivery problem that was entirely down to Parcelforce not to them. I'm very happy with my new AIO computer. Great quality piece if kit, and great service from Portus!

Great computer
Won't get a better specification for the price. I'm pleased with it.

All as advertised and although was worried it had not been dispatched very quickly an email and prompt reply sorted it all out.

Great service, delivery and price.
Only minor negative point at present is maybe me on setup, screen blacks are not black, used to Prolite 24" monitor on tower unit. Need to play and sort or call PORTUS.
