We’re sorry the Socket Scanner didn’t fully work with your Mac. The notes from your tech call show it worked on your iPad but had trouble with the Mac. Everything was great
Everything was great. One printer worked amazing. The other didn’t sync with my vintage program. The mistake was 100% my fault. But they took good care of me and made the return process an easy experience.

Ordering was quick and easy!
Ordering was quick and easy, prices reasonable except the receipt printers that were recommended to us, not by POS Guys, but by the POS software co. we were working with, I can say they aren't that great. While they work, they just aren't what our previous ones were and they were the same brand. The quality of the printer itself has gone down. Otherwise we are very happy with all the other equipment we purchased and the timely fashion it was delivered in.

Question about a printer that I was…
Question about a printer that I was wanting to buy to see if it would fit my needs and they did answer my question very promptly and very knowledgeable. So I ordered 10 of the printers I needed and got them processed into me in a very timely manner. I never used POSguys before but they did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend him for your needs.
