Order cancelled without approval
I placed an order online for RAM, provided card info and was given a reciept. The order was automatically canceled by Kate Sweeney without any communication or my approval.
I was told since I hadn't ordered the termainal from you in the past that I must not need the RAM. When I told her I DID need it, I was told she would "reach out to distribution for a lead time and will let you know" back on the 16th. I tried following up with no response. It is now the 23rd. I called Touch Dynamics directly and they have it in stock and ready to ship. Very dissapointed how this was handled.

Hello,
One of our representatives had attempted to reach you by email regarding the order after hearing back from Touch Dynamic. When we received no response, that item was removed from your order. That particular item is a 'RAM Upgrade Service' for the tablet. It is meant to be purchased as an addon to an existing tablet purchase, where the manufacturer will install additional RAM at the factory. The RAM is unfortunately not available for purchase separately.
Helpful Returns
POS Guys helped me with a less-than-ideal return. They had prompt and courteous service. Will definitely continue to use their shop for all our POS needs.
