Posh Reviews

Very prompt and attentive to my email and able to order what I required quickly 😀

Excellent choice of cabin showers. Website easy to navigate, and ordering easy and quick. Can't wait to receive it!

Lots of problems on delivery of order of my Vidalux 1000 pure shower cabin. Damage to parts and poor finish on shelf. On completion of building the shower found the unit had a faulty thermostatic cartridge. BUT must say the company were brilliant at replacing parts quickly and speedily and couldn’t have been more obliging.

Item never arrived, no response in over 6 days

Posh have been terrific at communicating throughout and after our Vidalux Sauna purchase. Quick to respond and have been super friendly and eager to help when I have questions beyond their knowledge and have asked the manufacturer for me too.
I particularly like their spare parts section of the website making them sensible and not wasteful - encouraging persons to buy spares and fix.

Prompt service with a real person! The sauna model I ordered was out of stock and I was offered a nicer model so that I would receive the sauna within 2 weeks. Everything arrived in perfect condition and I’m loving my sauna

Easy ordering - very prompt and efficient delivery - this was the keenest price for this product - will definitely order again when required

Absolutely thrilled with my Posh purchase of the Vidalux Infrared 3-Person Home Sauna. From start to finish, the experience was excellent. Communication was clear, friendly, and prompt, with all my questions answered thoroughly, which gave me real confidence in the purchase. Delivery was smooth and well-organised, arriving exactly when promised and in perfect condition. The sauna itself is beautifully made, easy to assemble, and feels incredibly high quality. It heats quickly and provides a relaxing, therapeutic experience every time. Overall, a fantastic product backed by outstanding service. Highly recommend Posh and Vidalux to anyone considering a home sauna.

I purchased an infrared sauna from Posh Saunas and I’m really pleased — the build and performance are excellent and it heats up quickly. Their customer service was fantastic: responsive, friendly and helpful throughout the process. Would definitely recommend.

From start to finish I can’t praise posh enough. Before purchasing it was easy to obtain information. Calls answered extremely quickly by knowledgeable staff. Correct information provided regarding delivery timescales. After sales response and help was amazing. From ordering and delivery just a couple of days. Staff were helpful and polite throughout. I highly recommend this company!

This hanging chair has become my favorite reading spot! The rattan is sturdy yet flexible, and the cushion is thick enough for hours of comfort. Assembly was simple - just needed to attach the chain. A perfect addition to my garden oasis.

We bought the Vidalux SS1200 shower a few months ago from Posh, and the ordering and delivery were completely straightforward. It arrived on the due date with no delays. I installed it myself, and the process was simple. We’re really happy with it overall—the steam function works great and I’ve used it several times, while my wife loves the color-changing lights and listening to music via the Bluetooth connection during her showers. Overall, it was much easier to install than a traditional shower and is also very easy to keep clean.

After knee surgery, this shower has been a blessing! The built-in seat lets me shower comfortably and the steam helps with joint pain. Non-slip floor gives me confidence and the grab bars blend in beautifully.

Helpful staff

This bench keeps our entryway organized while hiding a mountain of shoes inside! The textured finish looks more expensive than plain plastic and wipes clean in seconds. Kids love sitting on it to put their shoes on.

Beautiful addition to my rose garden! The black powder coating prevents rust and the structure is sturdy. Only giving 4 stars because the base could be wider for stability in wind. Fixed it with some decorative rocks though!

Our ensuite now has this vanity that slots in without a single problem. It comes with a gorgeous glossy surface and plenty of room to store things. The quality impresses me a lot.

This simple ladder adds such charm to my living room! Perfect for displaying throws without taking up floor space. The natural pine finish matches my decor and was easy to assemble. Much sturdier than cheaper versions I've seen.

Glass panels come thick on this unit, doors slide smooth as can be, and the entire setup gives off a sleek professional appearance. Delivery came fast, and it ranks as a great product overall.

Our go-to relaxing spot has become this rattan day bed lately. Those cushions stay thick and comfy, and the overall quality hits top levels without a doubt.
