great products, registration a little difficult, but that could have just been me.

Good quality shower cabin with clear instructions. One panel arrived with a small scratch but customer service sorted it out fast.

Easy to order, and next day delivery

Had to phone them a couple of times and found the staff very helpful with advice, ordered a few items for a steam room and delivered quickly.

I just placed an order for a walk-in bath having spoken with customer services and support, prior to placing the order. I spoke to a gentleman called Jay and was pleasantly surprised to speak to a very patient, knowledgeable person, who answered all my queries very willingly and provided all the information I needed to determine that I was making the correct purchase to suit my requirements. As afore mentioned he was very patient and did not hurry me along at all. Talking to him was a pleasure. Armed with all the answers to my questions I was eager to rush off to place the order.
I am now waiting for the item to be delivered but don't feel any anxiety about it arriving safely, according to plan, knowing that any mishaps could be handled with ease.
Sales/customer support personnel of his calibre are most definitely an invaluable asset to any organisation.

My experience was totally seamless, the sales staff are very informative, friendly and helpful.

Bought Vidalux sauna. The build quality is poor. The floor seemed weak and broke when I stood on it.seat not tight fit. The Uk plug doesn’t fit through the top cover unless it is cut. Instructions poor. No mention of door handles or trim fixing or ioniser. Good support when asked for. Delivery very poor. Expectation that two people wait for up to 10 hours for delivery. No time given. I would have paid a premium just to be given a delivery window. You are then given 20 minutes to identify any damage. Frantically stripping down package as warnings of no cover or claim if you haven’t noticed. Two full size very heavy pallets left at my house that I had to dispose of. Delivery driver said you paid so they are yours despite me clearly not wanting them. The sauna is attractive and seems to work but the delivery and installation process are very poor.
