I ordered my print on 12/3/2023. Posing Pig actually followed up the next day on 12/4/2023 to let me know the photo I provided was not going to turn out well. I responded 12/4/2023 with a better photo.
Crickets.
12/13/2023 I followed up via the support email provided on the website asking for an update.
Crickets.
12/18/2023 I tried calling the # on the website and was disconnected. I followed up again via email asking to cancel as the product would not arrive by Christmas.
Crickets.
12/28/2023 Posing Pig emails me to apologize for their lack of response and that they were overwhelmed by requests during the Christmas holiday. They asked if I still wanted the print or if I wanted to cancel. I asked to cancel (again) and requested a refund (I have already disputed the charge with the credit card company but that takes time...).
If you are running a company that advertises heavily on Facebook and Instagram you need to expect heavy holiday orders. Either hire more staff or.put.a.warning.on.your.website.to.let.customers.know.that.they.may.not.receive.the.item.on.time! Instead, Posing Pig continues to advertise and take customer money without any communication or product. This cannot continue.
Meanwhile I am on some marketing list with them; they have sent two marketing emails asking me to take a selfie with my (nonexistent) item.

They sent the wrong dog photo and have not responded to any of my emails…. Seriously disappointing

Complete scam! Product never showed up. Paid for Holiday shipping. Rather than rob people at gun point run a web site that looks legit and steal from people!

I agree with pretty much every review I have read. ZERO customer service. I placed a Christmas order on Nov. 29, 2023. I have heard nothing. I have sent three emails. No reply. I have placed a call to the phone number on the website, which sounded like a generic cell phone greeting. I ordered one before with one one of my other dogs pic, and the experience was the same. I did receive art that time, and it was very nice, so I am holding out hope. But I think it was quicker last year, so I am starting to feel cheated. Two orders, no replies or emails, or notifications of delivery. This is just the way they do business. By the way, the frames are super cheap. I ordered it again to match my other one, but if I had not made the mistake the first time, I would have skipped the frame this time. It does not come framed, no matboard, just the print and frame placed in a box, and you need to frame it.

Well, I got it today, and the $40 frame is broken. There is a HUGE crack in the middle of the plexiglass. This normally would not be a giant concern , but with this company having a track record of ignoring emails to support, I am not very hopeful.

20 days no notice about shipping, if you notice there is'nt a phone # , or email to get in touch,,,,,they claim 2 day turn around. ,complete scam ,, calling my c.c. to get my money back,,dont beleive the good reviews they cant be true,,,,,and now i have one less xmas gift

Just received mine and I am extremely dissapointed. They really need to contact you with a preview, and let you make changes.
Mine look like someone used a home printer to print out the pictures. They are nowhere near magazine quality AT ALL.

They hid my pictures under my recycling bin. Don’t know how long! They don’t respond to emails or tell you when shipping. The background is too white and I couldn’t switch frames, other than that the pictures are pretty cute.

What made it a good experience is, I got exactly what I ordered. The image I sent was a high resolution digital image. The background was removed and the image sized to properly fit the magazine cover. The image is sharp the color is true.

One negative, lack of communication as to when it shipped and lack of ability to track the item along the way. So, you don’t know when it shipped and you have no idea when it will arrive. Now, immediately after I placed the order I did receive three automated emails acknowledging the purchase, a receipt and thanks for ordering from us, but nothing else beyond that. I did receive my order in less than 14 days regular shipping. It was well packaged and was undamaged.

I am very pleased with the item.

Just had a Posing Pig Dogue poster done of my dog with my own personalised headings as a Christmas present for my husband. It exceeds all expectations and is hilarious and brilliant. Thank you. The PP team are really easy to communicate with (via email) and my only advice is to make sure you send the photo full size if you take it on your iPhone.

As it was my pets birthday I decided to get him on the cover of Catmopolitiian!!

The online process was very simple and you can change the wording (There is no draft checker so you will need to make sure everything is spelt right etc).

Order from start to finish took around 4 days with super fast delivery...

Super happy with my "Catmopolitan" cover, make sure you upload a high res image so you don't loose any of the quality. The artists did a super job of enhancing areas like his eyes and nose to make them "pop"

My cat was very happy with his "cover shoot" :)

Delivered to the recycling bin on bin collection day, courier left no note.

Posing pig have refused to give me a refund - avoid
