Ordering was easy
Ordering was easy, but sadly sweets took 10ams to arrive. No update or response to my e mail. Sadly arrived too late for my grandchildren, so will not see them for another 4 weeks. Very disappointed.

Your order took 5 working days as these exclude weekends and bank holidays, as your order was placed during the bank holiday it extended the delivery time frame.

Boxes were damaged and bags were split
Boxes were damaged and bags were split. When i tried to contact customer services, they never got back to me. I tried in 3 separate occasions, but no reply. I was just suggesting that they use better quality packaging.
Very, very disappointed.

Easy to use website , good communication and I receive the order really quickly. It was a lovely trip down memory line some of the old favourites we all love but don’t see in the shops anymore thank you will definitely re-order.
