Easy, competent, polite personnel

I had noticed the wrong state listed on the invoice. Asked for that to be changed which it was very quickly. I pointed it out and asked for it be checked on the order. However, when the four posters arrived the wrong state was sent. A reorder has taken place and now we wait for our new posters. Hopefully it will be the correct state.

We recently remodeled our breakroom. We set our cork boards vertically based on previous posters. These came in horizontally. This is very inconvenient.

Most email and telephonic inquiries went unanswered. Many of those answered did not contain verified and specific answers only generic answers.

The website billing section is difficult to navigate.

The sales rep was very helpful, timely in responses, made sure we had everything in order with our PO and the order was sent out and arrived within the time frame given me.

Jason Chouinard has been an absolute pleasure to work with! Very professional and fast! We needed to get our account set up immediately and he worked tirelessly to get us up and running in all our physical locations throughout the State and also for our remote workers in different states. He was patient and courteasus throught out the process and replied quickly to all our emails and requests as well as answered all our diverse questions. Highly reccomend!

Update: I had left a 3-star review because my product was damaged. However, customer service contacted me promptly. They were courteous and solved the issue. I'll be a return customer!
My posters were in a box that arrived smashed and the posters were bent up.

We have just switched companies to Poster Compliance Center and are happy with our switch thus far. We are using the E-Poster Service as a fully remote company, and it's flexibility for State, County and City is helpful to ensure compliance to all of our employees. Andrew, our Service Rep, has been fabulous in handling all of our needs and we are excited to see how this company grows with us. Particularly, we find the Documents Center and ability to fill out fields on the posters extremely helpful.

Super easy to use and it just flows with every update!

Very easy to work with, answered all my questions and were patient as we decided what to do.

I am responsible for 2 locations. I was forced to order one a day, due to some coupon or order restrictions. Which was annoying, why can't I buy things all at once. It would be great if I could order multiple posters to different locations. Then you shipped with USPS and they said they dropped one to our location and didn't get a name, but it was our neighbor and i couldn't file a missing package for 7 days because of your policy. For a task that should be simple this was very extra.

My experience with Poster Compliance Center makes life easier. The notifications and the follow up are helpful to keep me informed and on track.

Reps are always quick to respond to any questions or concerns we have.

The poster arrived and i thought it would be a whole lot bigger. Very disappointed . This was advertised as a poster and it was really a 8x 10 .
