I wanted to say how impressed I am by both the quality of the boys birthday gift box and a prince birthday cake but also the customer service. I ordered the product earlier the week and the team at postman pooch noticed I ordered a boys birthday box but a princess cake so they called and messaged me to make sure. They did not just take things for granted. I changed the princess for a prince cake and with out any hassle. Fab service and fab products safely delivered. I know my dog is going to be so happy.

The picture lifted off the cake as soon as I opened it, bones falling off the side and the card was not personalized nor in an envelope. To top it all off my dog wouldn’t eat one bit of the cake or the cookies brought. Wasted money 😔

Just received my next subscription box and wanted to say how impressed we are with the toys and treats they are always such good value and our dog loves receiving his box every month. We have been subscribed for nearly 2 years and always excited to open our next box! We have also bought from their birthday range before as well as their natural treats again which are excellent value for money due to the quality. Cannot fault their customer service, very responsive and helpful. Thanks again, such a great small business we love to support.

Impossible to cancel subscription. The company says it's as easy to cancel as it is to sign up in the 1st place, I like others have said can confirm this is not the case. I've emailed twice and also am waiting to hear back, why not make it an option on the site when you log in to cancel. The actual products are ok but not ground breaking and unless on a good offer there are other easier companies to deal with. I can see they have answered the review rather quickly, unlike canceling the subscription email which I shall send for the 3rd time this morning. Updated.... Finally cancelled, I actually gave you 2 star review not 1 but if you'd like me to lower the stars it's easily done, also I've just sent my photo of 3 emails to Postman pooch asking to canceling, it's a shame you don't answer your emails as quickly as you like to extend a review. And why were talking about timing should it really take a WK from the money taken out to actually recieving the delivery. So there you go, you asked for 1 star, you have it now.... updated review again, by all means before you buy subscription hit the cancel subscription to see if they're is an option actually on the page, it turns out I've sent 3 email cancelations to your company but on different versions of the same email with your postman pooch company, that in itself should show you how hard it is to cancel a subscription. I'm not the most tech savvy as I spend most of time outdoors with my dogs which I imagine is a good percentage of your customers are the same. I'm all for small company encouragement and feel that by me showing Postman pooch the downfalls of there website/ experience I've had should be met in a positive response not excuses. Look to improve your company not make excuses for what has already happened. Correct your wording on the website and let the customer know that it's easy to sign up and not easy to cancel. That's all I'm doing and that's all my review has said. It's not a negative on your actual product but the way you treat customers.

It was such a treat opening our Postman Pooch delivery, high quality, thoughtfully chosen items and one very happy Border Terrier.

The first time I ordered from here it was great - arrived really quickly and was good quality. Second time, it’s been frustrating. I ordered 11 days ago and it’s still not arrived. I had to chase up the order and was told they were busy because of the time of the year but you know this time of the year is busy, make sure that’s clearly communicated and you have enough resource to get orders out the door. I’ve had to make extra trips to the pet shop for dog treats because we keep running out so it’s been a waste of time. Doubt we’ll order again as can’t trust it will reach me fast enough which is a shame.

I ordered a cake for my girlfriend’s dog’s birthday. The photo of her dog, Nelly, was very clear on the cake, the font was a good size. Delivery was fast& Nelly seemed quite excited with the cake. Helen from Postman Pooch was outstanding and very helpful with preparing my order. I will be returning to shop again when she needs another present. Extremely happy with my purchase.

I wrote a review today detailing a not so good purchase stating yhe kong toy was not genuine or so I thought but I have been told they are an autherised seller of kong toys so I would think if a company says this online they must be telling the truth so I apologise for saying it was not a genuine kong toy . The second problem I had was that the back of the toy was open so me thinking it was ripped I stitched it up but once again once I replied with my review I was told this was in the description before I bought the toy so im wrong there again . So I need to apologise for that as well . I will not apologise for saying the cake was dry and that the icing pen was rubbish as it did not work the posh bottle of liquid is also rubbish of all 7 dogs there not one liked it . . Please sort out the cake .once again im sorry for my 1st review of the kong toy

I made an order to the value of £74.03 including a Christmas stocking and advent calendar that together gust £26. Both arrived damaged and as they were intended as gifts I contacted customer services who suggested I could return the damaged items for exchange at my own expense or accept a £5 voucher as a ‘goodwill’ gesture!! I think this is a pretty poor response.

Nice people and boxes. The customer service is friendly and reliable. Out boxes were very good. For October we had the plushy spider and my pup loves it and the treats.

I'm hoping to buy the treat boxes soon, especially since my pom has now got a taste for the chicken feet!

I ordered my dog a birthday Box, there is a good selection of what you can have put in it and the prices are reasonable. She loves her new toys and the treats! they did contact me to let me know that one of the treats I ordered wasn't in stock and it was replaced for another flavour at no cost. They also put a note in the box about the substitute treat aswelll so they also have great communication if there is an issue. Will definitely be buying my dogs next present from postman pooch.

Great idea for your dogs celebrations! You can add as much or as little as you want in your box so nothing will go to waste if your dog dosent like an item. Shipping was fast and in good time! Will defintely use again for Christmas and birthdays

Felt like I was in contact with humans... rare these days and we won't know what we had till it's gone... if we don't watch out.

Wow, wow, wow. What great delivery, it arrived so quickly that I had to hide it from Charlie who had already sniffed out his birthday treats. He couldn’t believe his luck when he was given - what I assume were tasty treats judging by the speed in which they were eaten! Thank you, I’ll definitely be ordering again.

My dog Flint absolutely loved his 1st birthday box from postman pooch. It arrived on time and all packed nicely to avoid any transit damage. Definitely made his day special and will definitely order from them again, fun for him and joy for me to see him excitedly unpacking his presents!

Fantastic company, I ordered a natural treat box for my dog, they have a good range and the prices are cheaper than a well known pet shop near me!! There was a problem with my order (my fault) and the customer service was brilliant. My order arrived quickly and well packaged and the dog loved his treats! Thank you, I will be ordering again ☺️

Placed an order on the 16th may (plenty of time for my dogs birthday end of June) order arrived within a few days, great until I opened package and found that 2 items were missing!
I have emailed twice since the 20th may and had no replies. Will be trying the phone number tomorrow but not holding out much hope!

I have been getting these boxes for almost 2 years now. They are always packed with exciting new things, my dogs Lagertha and Leofa now think every parcel that arrives is for them! Its definitely the highlight of the month for them. I would recommend this box to anyone who enjoys making their dogs happy.
