Highly disappointed with the Zeerust branch - their system for accepting packages to send has not been working for two months now and no-one seems to care.
We are limited with courier options in the area and Postnet is able to provide a valuable service, sadly this branch is not able or capable.

Postnet Ninapark Pretoria North-Lerato kicked my parcel with food items to me,sighting that it was too heavy to carry. I was taken by surprise by this behavior as I always use this branch,and have received heavier items before,last month,the white lady that assisted went out her way and took a trolley outside for me,not that I expected that from Lerato. She should have at least asked for assistance then to kick my parcel through the store like that.

Unfair & Hidden Charges – Misleading Customers
I have been using Aramex to send parcels to PostNet for years, and my clients have always been able to collect at PostNet branches without any extra charges. Recently, I sent a parcel to PostNet – Sunward Lifestyle Centre through Aramex. My client was then forced to pay R125 “pick-up fee” upon collection by Vanessa Andre – despite the fact that delivery had already been fully paid for through Aramex.
This is the first time I’ve ever encountered such a charge, and it feels completely unjustified. And I have sent 3 other parcels to 3 other Postnet's this week, where clients were not charged. Nothing on the Aramex or PostNet platforms indicates that recipients should expect to pay additional “collection” fees when using this service. In fact, PostNet themselves advertise their partnership with Aramex and promote seamless logistics solutions.
For years, customers have trusted this service because of its transparency. Suddenly introducing hidden charges not only damages trust but feels like fraudulent behaviour – charging twice for the same service.
I strongly urge PostNet to clarify their policies, refund this unfair “pick-up fee,” and ensure customers are not misled in the future. Trust is built on honesty, and right now, customers are being taken advantage of.

Terribly disappointed with Postnet…
Terribly disappointed with Postnet Dundee. Sent a parcel on 29/3/25 Saturday. Was told parcel would leave on Monday. Called on 1/4/25 Tues late afternoon only to be told that Mon Post Net was closed due to Ramadan. The girls in the shop did not inform me or else I would have gone elsewhere. Parcel was supposed to be in Joburg Tues late afternoon or latest Wednesday morning. Communication is important!

I always go to PostNet for my business needs. I always support the PostNet location in Chandler Arizona. The staff is always friendly, knowledgeable and appreciate you supporting their store. You can get all types of professional business services in this one location. They are never too busy to take care of you. I have been frequently the location on 2820 S. Alma School Road for 7 1/2 years. This is when I relocated to Arizona. They always take care of me. I would not go anywhere else.

If you ship packages, please be careful. On Nov 1 2024, We were given a tracking number and the lady behind the counter (Janice Croomes), made sure to let us know that once UPS picks up the package, it is not their responsibility. We didn't think much about the ominous warning. Sure enough the tracking number never updated and we contacted the PostNet on Spring Stuebner which kept emphasizing that it was and that UPS will update soon. On November 5, the owner Oliver Croomes sent us an email saying that he had a video of the package being picked up by UPS. Within 30 minutes of that email we asked Oliver Croomes on the same email to save that video as we would like to see it. On the very next day on November 6 2024, we called the police at the store and the following police report was filed: 2411-00804
As part of the report, the police officer noted that all video prior to 1900 hours on November 6th. UPS also contacted us and provided us in documentation that their driver never picked up the package. The police is still investigating this and this is an ongoing investigation. I also want to add that prior or after the police report, the owners (Oliver & Janice Croomes) never made a single attempt to fix the issue or to help us in any way. How does one tell a customer that they have a video and then make it unavailable for the user. The interesting thing is that the very same thing happened to someone else who also happened to drop their package on a Friday. You can see their review below.
Because of our experience and missing package either due to negligence or theft, we would highly recommend folks in the community to do their due diligence when it comes to dealing with PostNet and specifically PostNet on Spring Stuebner

Aramex best avoided
I sent a document to the USA from the Benmore Postnet office . It was only actually expedited 3 days after it was deposited , the explanation given was that no courrier had called at the facility before then . Going on to their poorly designed app and inserting the waybill number was of no use , the shipment was not even correctly registered . A real shambles …the documents are now being shipped on DHL , what a difference !

Postnet George pathetic service. Parcel on waybill no PP1661937 shows on tracking it was checked in at 09h55 and 13h00 when customer want to collect her parcel she was told it isn't there yet. Don't know if staff don't care about customers or there tracking app needed upgrade.

Postnet please explain how spending R1800 for express delivery of your passports, finds its way on the road, in a truck, in South Africa, renowned for hijacking and looting. Passports are missing after truck hijacked. That's it. Your holiday, to celebrate 40 years of marriage, wiped out. Your hard earned savings evaporated into thin air. Travel insurance won't pay. Airline won't refund. Cruise won't refund. Postnet advises you to apply for new passports, a joke. How are you able to apply for new passports, and reapply for all visas in 3 weeks, when one visa takes 3 weeks to obtain? Devastated, cannot describe how I feel. NEVER USE POSTNET. BE WARNED.
