I placed an order which I have not received money has been taken from my bank I have left 2 messages and just left 3rd poor customer service I have used these guy for a few year now with one issue before but resolved quickly but definitely poor customer service this time

Just received potatoes, excellent service and delivery highly recommend this small business, potatoes are excellent, good all rounder chips, mash, roast.

Bought a box and a bag of new potatoes from this hardworking business. They came well packaged and very fresh as they had been harvested that week. They are wonderful as chips, boiled as new potatoes, mashed and roasted. Would not buy from anywhere else.

Ordered potatoes but nothing got delivered, they don't answer your emails nothing.
Been in the hospital with my son and asked them for a delivery confirmation but nothing not a email back. Ordered last year from them and when everything goes right you've got te best potatoes. But this is just awful paid for a product that's not getting delivered. Just an edit they brought me a fresh bag of potatoes and refunded me for the mix up...

Best tasting tatties ever, great value and great service. Really miss them when I can't get them. Keep up the good work Andy and crew.

The best potatoes I have ever had highly recommend the only potatoes I would buy. Customers service is amazing Andy quickly resolve any problems My husbands forgot to press send on our order Andy made sure we received them 2 days later

I have been buying from these guys for several years and miss the in between time when I can't get their potaoes.

We've had a few bags of these now and the spuds are great for all our potato needs. Mash, air-fried chips, baked, roast. Both of my kids prefer these to any we get from the supermarket and keep harassing us to get them again!

Placed my order Monday it was delivered Thursday morning as promised.

Have used potato guys since lockdown,. We love these potatoes, you can use them for absolutely everything and they are extremely good value for money. Delivery is prompt with helpful delivery guys. Very happy.

Ordered from these guys a few times before, with no issues. On the last occasion we haven’t received anything. Sent several emails asking to update, but were ignored. There is no other way to communicate other than email. Had to go through our bank to get the money back. Very disappointed!
Correction:
After reviewing we were contacted by Andy and everything was sorted out. They even sent us the missing potatoes! All received finally, with promises to improve customer service. Thank you!

Second delivery and i now wouldnt go anywhere else. You dont get potatoes like these in a supermarket. Lovely big potatoes that make tasty chips or mash.
