Fast delivery and great product. Packaged sufficiently to survive transit. This sounds basic, but I needed a really large cooking bowl. I tried 2 other places and the bowl was smashed both times. I... Toon meer

Very straight forward ordering item, kept up date is another bonus. Very impressed with this company having not dealt wit them before.
Potters have some quirky, precious gift ideas, and I will happily recommend them! Ordering online is smooth and secure, I just wish I could buy everything!
My order was arrived quickly, accurately & beautifully packaged. Communication was excellent & price was good. This was my third attempt in 4 weeks to order the same item from different vendors,... Toon meer

Just excellent service
Very easy to navigate website with clear images and descriptions. Pricing is competitive, but the stand out is their service level. We have ordered twice from Potters Cookshop and each occasion the communication has been fantastic and the delivery extremely quick. When the items do arrive, they are so well and carefully packaged, that’s a joy to unpack.
The items themselves are obviously of excellent quality too.
All in all, this is a retailer that actually cares and that shines through in all that they do.

The price and speed of attempted delivery was great. However it is difficult to ensure the purchaser is home if the email notification only comes on the morning of delivery!
