After receiving 3 broken 🫖 from Amazon…
After receiving 3 broken 🫖 from Amazon due to very poor packing (chosen for their fast delivery), I gave up and searched online for it. Found same one at Potters Cookshop and received it in perfect condition, proper protective packaging and delivery within 5 working days via Royal Mail. Perfect! Have now found a great new source for cookware etc and intend to use in future. Worth extra postage. Thank you.

Highly recommend this company. Small businesses are often better as they take more to ensure good service and quality products.
Ordering online was easy and communications were very clear from order to delivery. I bought some beautiful crockery as a special gift. It was received well packaged as I was nervous it would break in transit. I was also made aware of dispatch but delivery updates went to me and recipient.
If you want quality products at a good price and good customer service, you won't be disappointed.

Very glad to have discovered this company. Website has a wide range of products across varying price points, the items all have detailed descriptions and feature both common brands and ones less well known. The items I picked - including a large glass serving platter/bowl- were packaged extremely carefully and arrived by the date specified. Plenty of communication about the status of the order without being intrusive. Very happy to recommend and look forward to being a repeat customer.
