The team at Pouch.eco are amazing. My account manager Jericha was in touch with me throughout the process. As a new business, I had lots of questions and Jericha answered each one even sending me photos and videos to ensure I had chosen the right size and material. The aesthetic of the packaging was important to me and I'm so pleased with the final outcome. The quality is great, the printing is crisp, and I love that it is compostable. I would highly recommend them!

We had an issue getting our order. It was stuck in customs for weeks. The company reached out and got a new order processed for us. I’m happy to report we that we finally received that order & are very happy with the products.
