Always the best fabrics. If something isn’t quite right there is no hesitancy in refunds. I’ve never had a problem With this company. The prices are great. Sometimes a tad slow on delivery but for the prices I can swallow that.

The quality of the fabric is always top notch and prices are always comparable.

Amazing quality for the price paid. The bundle boxes are great. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars is the order process and delivery times. I would say ever other order has a problem either I have to chase up late orders or items are missing or have been substituted for other items. I hate to complain because the value for money is excellent but it is disappointing when you have been waiting for a specific fabric and it isn't in the order. Having said all this the customer service is very good and they always refund any missing items

I took a chance on a bundle of waxed cotton. It was silly of me to order 3m of each of the 4 fabrics. 1m each would have been plenty for my purposes.
One of the textiles is MUCH thicker than the others, and a browny tan colour. This is my favourite - great for using on the base of bags etc.
The other 3 textiles are virtually identical, and are all a very dark brown/almost black. I suspect they will outlive me, unless I start making raincoats for everyone I know and covers for everything I own!
The material arrived folded (needed to be posted), and where the folds are, there were marks. But they do iron out!
But it is good quality material, and I learned a lesson from it.

For my last order you charged me twice and when i emailed you about it you ignored me without even the good manners to reply .to say i am disappointed in your company is an understatement .i will think long and hard before i use you again.

What a great company - such a variety and such bargains. You have to be prepared not to like some of the fabric in the bundles - but there’s usually a few you can use. The quality of the viscose and silks I have bought have been very good.

Great prices, delivery costs good and reasonable delivery times. Only criticism is the fabric descriptions could be better - some are copied and pasted from other examples.

Delivery with every is dreadful and often not at my house or left outside in the wet

Extremely good value for money, and exceptional quality.
I requested to pick up my order by mistake and the lady I spoke to, when I contacted the firm, couldn't have been kinder. I felt quite annoyed with myself about it, but she dealt with my request for delivery without any problem at all.

Generally I’ve been more than happy except for my bargain 100 metres for £15 which I am still waiting for I was told to wait and wait then I was told that I could have a refund which is not what I want as I’m relying on the fabric so you said you would get it out to me that was 2 weeks ago and still nothing

Material colour was considerably different was considerably different to that shown on the photographs. I appreciate colours are not always the same but the difference was abnormal. Wanted to return but took so long to get your address. I was out of time.

I certainly would not recommend Pound a Metre to anyone.
After confirming they would hold my order they went and despatched it - so it was left on my doorstep, I had to cut my holiday short to retrieve it. I told them so but basically they ignored this.
The order was actually incorrect, I was missing 3 metres of one of my chosen fabrics. No explanation or apology included in the package so I had to contact them. It transpired that that particular fabric was out of stock but couldn’t be bothered to let me know.
Customer service is appalling but they did refund me but probably wouldn’t have if I hadn’t of got in touch.
Not impressed with fabrics received thus far, fabrics forced into a bag which quite frankly was too small which resulted in a very creased order.
I signed up to their newsletter and I am being bombarded with emails, some 3 in one day!
I certainly won’t be reordering from them purely because they simply do not care about their customers.
A very disgruntled buyer.
