They have one of the swiftest customer care, had been with them for over 2 years now, they never dissapointed us till now..

Ginnie and Caleb are running a fly by night operation. We had our goods stolen and resold on a 3rd party website. Do not trust them, they will take your goods and send you an invoics - once paid they’ll go unresponsive. BEWARE

Ginnie Pham, Caleb Lee and Akash Singh have stolen the goods of everyone who used this warehouse and have gone dark. After months of mismanaged invoicing this scam has come to a stop. They are attempting to reach out to anyone who puts in claims with their credit card company to provide a glimmer of hope to cancel the claim to then just go dark again, and then they are asking for a wire transfer to obtain goods again. If anyone is pursuing legal action please contact me via social media

Have had to peruse legal action. We have not heard from this company in weeks. They are withholding our inventory and have not returned any emails or phone calls in weeks. We call everyday. I think they have gone bankrupt. Do not recommend

We have been customers of this warehouse for more than a year and now we are ignored in all communication channels and withhold 230 goods worth more than 120 thousand dollars!! It's been a month since we've been trying to contact warehouse by phone, email, Facebook, LinkedIn, and now it's gotten to the point where we have to leave reviews to get noticed.

The silence of the warehouse crosses all reasonable limits. Orders of our customers are also not processed at all. Long non-processing of an order affects reputation. Most customers have already canceled their orders and left us negative feedback. But even the cancellation of the order continues to be ignored.

For our part, we want to indicate that all invoices were paid and all the conditions that were agreed upon were met.

I hope you still read the reviews and contact us to resolve this misunderstanding. Otherwise, we would resort to recalling recent payouts towards your warehouse and your bank account may be blocked.

I will update this review in case the issue is resolved, but as for now, I do not recommend anyone to use the services of this warehouse because they can simply start ignoring you and steal your belongings.

I have worked with the team since June and they are nothing but top notch. They are very responsive, reasonable, and professional. I would strongly recommend them to anyone.
