I recently completed a Certified ScrumMaster® prerequisite course led by Bernie Maloney through Powered By Teams, and it was a truly exceptional experience. This class was a good intro to product management. I left feeling confident in understanding how agile/scrum is supposed to work, and why it is set up that way. Bernie Maloney was a good teacher, and the course activities helped us actually practice the various scrum events, which was helpful. I do wish a little more time were spent on how to do each part of scrum and how to apply it to our specific work environments, and less time on general leadership tips and team building techniques that were outside the scope of the class.
