Bernie is a very gifted instructor. He has a large breadth of knowledge and experience that he blends seamlessly into the courses. In addition to Scrum, you will also learn organizational psychology of how bring scrum to life in your teams. The material is delivered in an easy to digest manner and the team exercises are a wonderful way to practice in real time.

There were fun activities that break the topics learned in class down. A lot of good tips and tricks for working with teams in an agile mindset to reduce the friction that can occur when there are multiple projects and competing priorities.

The certification for Product Owner course that I took with Bernie was great! The class was enjoyable and very beneficial. I have gained a lot of Jargon, and strategies that I can take back to my organization. I highly recommend this course with Bernie! He is a talented Agile Coach that clearly has so much passion in what he teaches!

Bernie did an excellent job of guiding the class through the CSPO course is a three half-day training program that taught us how to become an effective Product Owner in a Scrum environment. The course covered the fundamentals of Agile and Scrum, and provided an in-depth understanding of the role and responsibilities of a Product Owner. I was able to learn how to manage the product backlog, prioritize product features, and work with a development team to deliver value to the customer(s).

Bernie was excellent at getting everyone to think with in the scrum environment and tied all experiences back to the Agile Manifesto.

I loved the CSPO course with Bernie Maloney! He made everything interesting and gave us lots of tips to use with our teams. As he pointed out a few times, we were learning scrum without even realizing we were learning it because his games and activities used those values.

Really liked how interactive the class was, and how engaging Bernie was as a teacher. Exercises were well-written and given good feedback and suggestions, often in real-time.

Bernie's Positive was Awesome!

Bernie provided our learning group with interesting Product Owner techniques in very subtle ways. The techniques taught us how to interact and collaborate with our teams and stakeholders to improve communication and create positive environments for interaction and growth. We were learning and discussing Scrum for a day and half without even using the specific terminology associated with Scrum. This approaches makes the information relatable and easy to process.

Thanks Bernie for making an experience that could be stressful for some but instead it was fun and an engaging experience that allowed our group to grow in an organic way.

Bernie Maloney was a fantastic trainer. He was very engaging. A lot of collaborative work that had you learning by doing instead of just being talked at. Would highly recommend his classes to anyone interested!

Bernie was energetic, fun and engaging. He was knowledgable in all things Agile, open to answering all questions, kept pace moving along, but not too fast. He often gauged class opinion by asking us to vote and we often learned things without even knowing it. I would definitely take another course taught by Bernie.
