Every year since I'm retired, I take myself to a destination overseas. Childhood dreams. I happen to have connected with Power flow yoga. Paul is such a huble, caring and friendly yoga guru, that even I fell inlo with yoga. This past retreat was extremely exciting. Can't wait for next year.

Amazing yoga retreat in Bali! The yoga classes were excellent, the instructor was inspiring, and the atmosphere was incredibly peaceful. We especially loved the excursions – they were fun, well organized, and gave us the chance to discover beautiful places and learn more about Balinese culture. The accommodation, food, and overall experience exceeded our expectations. We left feeling refreshed, inspired, and grateful. Highly recommended! Lisa and Franco

This was my third yoga retreat with Paul, having previously been to Phuket and Peru. The fact that I keep returning speaks volumes. Very well organised, excellent accommodation, a fantastic array of excursions, fabulous food and a great group of fellow yogis.
For me, one of the big attractions is that all the organising, booking, permits, transport etc. for the excursions – on all the retreats – is taken care of. I can simply relax and enjoy. For what’s included, the level of accommodation, the freshly cooked, varied meals, the excursions and the support and local knowledge, it is very reasonably priced.
As for the yoga, a couple of sessions a day, with a variety of styles and focus. Do as many as you like. I, and most us, try to do them all. I get real benefits from them plus I like to get my money’s worth😊. Every year I return fitter, leaner, stronger and feeling much better about life in general. Oh, and looking forward to hearing about the next retreat. A couple of my bucket list locations were mooted for next year, fingers crossed.
A small group of about eight people. Some I knew from previous retreats and some from the online classes I attend. I got on amazingly well with all of them and hope to see them again on future retreats. If you are travelling alone, you’ll fit right in and return with some phenomenal memories and many new friends.
Bali itself was breathtaking: the scenery, the volcano climb, the very friendly people, temples, wildlife, the snorkelling trip, time on the smaller islands, pristine beaches and of course the food. Can’t recommend it enough.

The Portugal retreat with Powerflow yoga was all I had hoped it might be: a wonderful balance of yoga in beautiful surroundings, delicious food, along with a lovely group of people. There were many kinds of special moments from meditating next to the waves on the nearby beach to other special treats including massage and hikes. Thank you Paul and Simo for you thoughtful planning that made this retreat such a refreshing time.

I had the most rejuvenating and joyful holiday with Power Flow Yoga in the beautiful Algarve. Paul and Simo created a truly magical setting - perfect for us to rest, reset, have fun and get inspired. From the moment we arrived, their thoughtful guidance led us on a journey of self-acceptance and deeper appreciation for ourselves and others. Each morning began with peaceful meditations and yoga practices that were welcoming to both beginners and intermediate yogis. I discovered new techniques that left me feeling stronger, physically and mentally. The activity programme was a wonderful mix of surprises. There was just the right blend of group connection and personal downtime. Our walks through breathtaking natural landscapes were pure bliss. Every meal was a celebration of healthy, delicious abundance. I felt nourished in every sense of the word.

Peru trip May 2025
This is the most adventurous trip I have been on thanks to Paul and Simo!
We stayed in an amazing Villa surrounded by a walled garden, full of exotic plants and we even spotted a humming bird there. We did 2 hours yoga and went on hikes daily, we visited beautiful small villages such as Pisac, Ollantytambo, salt lake and the local markets. The food was well planned with many vegetarian dishes presented very creatively and great tasting. The trips were well organised and with the option for lunch out so we could try local cuisine, on some of the trips we also had a local healer join us which was very special. An amazing Pachamama ceremony was held on the last day and it was a spiritiual experience and made me feel very connected.
The Sacred valley was a great place to connect with nature and spirituality.

Very knowledgable and inclusive for all abilities. The setting in the park and ambience from the soundtrack and gong etc was perfect, and surroundings were great, thanks for making me feel so welcome!

I had an incredible yoga Retreat in Sacred Valley in Perú. Paul and Simo always choose wonderful villas to have a peaceful Retreat full of yoga and nice Hiking. They prepare it with so much love that I always feel like at home.

Another amazing yoga retreat with Simo and Paul.
From early morning tea and breathing exercises to healthy very tasty foods, relaxing or challenging yoga and lots of excursions to explore this stunning part of Turkey, everything was perfect.
They picked a great Villa with swimming pools to enjoy and everything was so well organised from taxi pick up from/to the airport to boat trips and dinner in town with life music. Yes, we sang, danced and laughed a lot, tried partner yoga poses and even blindfolded yoga (more or less successful but with lots of giggles 😂)
I thourougly enjoyed the company of my fellow yogies and that life can be so joyful and less serious.

I recently had the pleasure of attending a yoga retreat in Turkey, and it was an absolutely phenomenal experience from start to finish. The organisation was incredibly professional, ensuring that every detail was meticulously planned.
One of the highlights was the variety of exciting trips we embarked on. We enjoyed serene river excursions, yacht trips, visit to ancient ruins, hikes and strolls around town. Each outing was a perfect blend of adventure and relaxation. The accommodation was nothing short of spectacular. We stayed in a beautiful villa nestled within a lush pomegranate orchard, which provided a tranquil and picturesque setting for our retreat.
The food was another standout aspect. Chef Simo prepared delicious and healthy meals that were both nourishing and delightful. Each dish was crafted with care, and it was evident that a lot of thought went into creating a menu that complemented the retreat's focus on wellness.
The atmosphere throughout the retreat was warm and welcoming. There was an abundance of laughter, deep reflection, and meaningful conversations that made the experience truly enriching. The group of people who attended was exceptional, each bringing their unique energy and perspectives, which added to the overall sense of community and connection.
In summary, this yoga retreat in Turkey was an unforgettable experience that I would highly recommend to anyone seeking relaxation, adventure, and personal growth. The professional organisation, stunning location, delicious food, and wonderful company made it a truly exceptional retreat.

I loved Park yoga on doing the first session itself so continued learning in the summer sessions. Paul and Simo are very friendly, and the teaching style gave me confidence to pick up yoga after gap of few months. The picnic meal by Simo is simply great and I'm looking to do the next Power Flow Yoga sessions and retreat in the coming months. Thanks a lot Paul and Simo :)

Paul and Simo’s class on Clapham Common was fantastic, with something to challenge all levels. I’m a total beginner so even the basics were a real stretch. Thankfully Paul is no taskmaster and encouraged us to go at our own pace. ❤️

I regretfully didn't stay for the picnic but it looked like Simo (Italian!) had poured lot of love and skill into it.

Simona and Paul are brilliant Yoga instructors. They mix different types of Yoga and they guide the Yogis on how to do the moves. They are kind and very accommodating. They also do a picnic after the Yoga class to bring people together and Simona does awesome vegetarian dishes made of high quality ingredients. Joining them on a Sunday is becoming a ritual for me. Not only it allows me to do my Yoga but also I find it very relaxing and fun too meeting new people. Both are very lovely, fun and professional. I highly recommend their Yoga picnic class.

Paul is a fantastic yoga instructor and is professional and patient. He will guide you to find the right posture and movement for you during sessions. I have been to many of his classes including park yoga, and I always feel good about myself afterwards! Don't miss trying Simo’s delicious detox food after the yoga. Can’t wait to attend to the next one!

What a lovely way to spend a Sunday in the park, with those lovely people

I recently accompanied Paul and Simo in India on a week long yoga retreat and can honestly say that I have had one of the most wonderful and liberating experiences of my life so far. Paul and Simo were the perfect teachers, mentors and friends throughout the entire week and instantly made each member of the group feel welcome and at ease. I have been practicing yoga on and off for a few years and believe I have a fairly good knowledge of the basics, however throughout the week I gained a great deal of confidence to push myself further and, with Paul’s guidance, have tweaked my routine and posture to improve my overall practice. On a personal level, Paul and Simo are two of the kindest and warmest people I have met, and on a business level I cannot fault the professionalism of the entire process - from the moment of registering my interest, the communication was excellent, which lasted through the entire retreat when we stepped in our final taxi back to the airport. I cannot put into words the gratitude that I feel toward Paul and Simo for this beautiful experience which I will cherish forever, thank you both so much and namaste.

I have been learning Yoga with Paul for a few years now and I am so happy I got the chance to go to his retreat in India! It was the perfect way to start the New year! I feel so much stronger after a week of daily yoga, my mind feels so clear and I have learnt so many new breathing techniques to support my stress levels in my everyday life.
I highly recommend Yoga lessons with Paul and to go to one of his retreats if you have a chance - the retreat was so well planned, it was so special to explore this part of India with such fantastic guides Paul and Simo!
