Avoid at all Costs - scammers !
Please people, do not use these scammers do it yourselves using the official gov web site. My wife accidentally clicked on this link and completed some information believing she was on the government web site and then stupidly paid believing that she was paying the final gov POA fee. We then heard nothing from POAOL so downloaded our own forms which we completed, got them witnessed and sent them off. At no time did anyone from this company write, call or email us for any additional information regarding even our full names, who was going to be our POA's or even the names of our witnesses but are and are now trying to say that they completed all the paperwork for us. They can't provide us with any evidence of work they are claiming to have undertaken on our behalf and won't ever pick up the phone. I have left messages asking them twice to provide this information. We paid them £396, which originally they said as there was some confusion they would refund but have since cancelled the refund stating that they believe they have acted on our behalf. If you have prove it !! They say they are small family run business, I say you are just a couple of fraudsters scamming elderly people out of the hard earnt money for you to provide them with no service and no help.
