Worst expirience ever. They won't pay my 550 CAD and hold them since May 11. They won't give me even a timeframe when withdrawal should be done. I feel like I never get it lol. So huge scam. Raised a complaint on askgamblers but it doesn't help so much. AVOID this SCAM casino

When you first sign-up, you are able to deposit no problem! No ID needed...
The second you want to withdraw... "Must complete KYC"... Okay... I send them a copy of my ID... Front, back, including a selfie of me holding it... AND an Electricity bill... Days passed.. & no response despite numerous emails and inquiries asking where they were at in the identification stage. I currently have over $5000 sitting in that account and they refuse to communicate where they are at in the KYC stage...
Despite them responding to me on TrustPilot, they actually never emailed me about anything. Stay away. It's a scam and I will be contacting my credit card company to take my money back.

Idk why but I've lost here everytime I've played, and im talking within 10m i lose everything. So i took it off my casino apps. It just felt so crappy to constantly lose, yet circle back to a good rating on trust pilot. When i look at all the good reviews, you see they have only ever reviewed power play. All the bad reviewers like myself have multiple reviews, because i am a real human. Fight fake reviews!
