SCAM WARNING: They stole my money and blocked my account!"
I paid 6.97 EUR via TON. Their SMS system is broken and doesn't send codes. When I asked for support, they blocked my account and refused to refund my money. They are ignoring my emails now. Stay away from this scam company! (Ticket ID: 868397).

I used PQ Hosting for a long time and at first my experience was positive. The service fee seemed a little high, but the payment process and server performance were smooth. Overall I thought it was a reliable hosting provider.

However, my opinion changed completely after a recent incident. I received only a warning message and then, just three days later, all of my VPS services were removed. I could understand if they decided to terminate my service for policy reasons. That is their right as a provider.

What I cannot accept is that they kept the remaining balance in my account and did not return my deposited funds. Keeping a customer's money after terminating the service feels extremely unfair and unprofessional.

A service provider should at least refund the unused balance or clearly explain the reason for withholding it. Without transparency, this behavior damages trust and raises serious concerns about how customers are treated.

Because of this experience, I cannot recommend PQ Hosting.

We entrusted our mission-critical VPS to THE.Hosting for years—until 4 July 2025, when the company abruptly migrated our servers to another provider without any notice.

- Wrongful “Russia” flag – We are a legally registered Armenian company, yet THE.Hosting claimed we were “from Russia” and forced the move.

- Total service outage – Payroll, financial calculations, and client portals were offline for more than 96 hours, stalling the entire organization.

- No prior warning or consent – The migration violated the continuity and notification clauses in our contract.

- Unresponsive support – Repeated tickets and chat requests produced only vague apologies and “no ETA.”

- Financial & reputational damage – Missed salary deadlines, delayed reports, and frustrated customers cost us time and money.

If your business depends on uptime—or on a provider that checks facts before acting—think twice. We are now pursuing legal remedies to recover losses caused by THE.Hosting’s unilateral and unjustified decision.

Bottom line: Poor communication, contract breaches, and zero accountability. We cannot recommend THE.Hosting.

They rebranded into THE.Hosting, which has a different profile on trustpilot. A year and a half ago, it was good - outages were not too frequent, and price was good. But recently, they've had frequent outages, and when they transformed into a different company, they accidentally deleted my VPS and all my data (I have paid for a full year 2 months prior). THEY DID GIVE ME A REFUND, and it has arrived in 3 weeks in full size, but I switched to local hosting on my old laptop, which seems more reliable. Maybe the new administration will prove to be better, so I'd wait on it and see what reviews on THE.Hosting say.

I’ve been using a VPS from PQ.Hosting and overall, I’m happy with it.

The server runs fast, the price is great for what you get, and the control panel is easy to use. They also have many locations to choose from.

Sometimes support replies can be a bit slow, and I wish there was more documentation for beginners. Also, network speed depends on the location.

In general, it’s a good service for the price. Not perfect, but definitely worth it.

Signed up for a 1-year VPS plan advertised as being located in South Korea

1. On the very first day, discovered that pinging another server in South Korea resulted in over 200ms latency completely unacceptable if the server were truly located there.

2. Requested a full refund immediately after discovering this issue, but it was denied

3. Then asked for a partial refund for the remaining 11 months, only to be told: "We do not have a service for recalculation for the unused period."

Regretted the purchase on day one. Extremely disappointing.

Since the power outages in Europe, I have had extensive connectivity issues.

I have logged tickets with their abysmal support team which I get very poor replies when I actually get them 10+ hours later. Pretty much, their customer support does not exist. Like they hired some high school drop-outs to sit on the phones and reply with nonsense to customer to keep up their KPIs. I had to do ALL the troubleshooting myself and discover what was causing the problem. I finalyl got ahold of a compentent Support tech who was providing decent support, and he offered that "WE" the PQ hosting support team "RELOCATE" my VPS. Now, what does that sound like to you? Does that sound like they will destroy my server and data, creating me a fresh blank VPS in another location? Or does that sound like they will migrate my current VPS to another location? Well, I got some other Support tech who says that my data and server will be destroyed. Great innit? Disgusting support! I will be leaving reviews everywhere I possibly can about PQ Hosting. It's bad enough their prices are high and they offer incredibly bare minimum functionality. Even my self-hosted Hypervisor in my office can replace IP addresses and take snapshots. Not PQ hosting! Currently looking for another VPS as I will not tolerate being treated like this.

DONT USE IT. I couldnt do what I wanted to do. Server doesnt allowed me to be conected to stock market. I asked for refund second day as I couldnt use server in my way like with other companies and VPS servers. I wanted stronger and faster sever and they provide me shit!!!! Yes its a shit and all they customer service messages was a bullshit. This is not serious company - DONT USE IT

Today, pqhosting suddenly suspended all of my services without any pre-notification. Just simply suspend all 34 servers.
1 of their staff (Nicholas Fury (Finance department) asked in a ticket, "Hello. For what purposes is the server used? If you are reselling it, please provide all information about your client. Registration data, registration IP, payment information.".
It is unacceptable.
Imagine what will happen with your services in the future!

Incredibly detailed and transparent service. Also, very fast customer service and good quality for the price (not many like this in EU).

Everyting was excelent, besides the speed. but, for the price, i couldn't get better at the time.

I bought a server from this company, and they gave me one with a fake location not at all what I asked for. When I reported the issue to the support team, they asked me to wait, then later claimed the problem was on my end, not theirs meaning no refund and that I had to deal with it. I do not recommend this at all and urge everyone to avoid this provider at all costs.

Арендовал VPS от PQ.Hosting, все работает прекрасно, поддержка отзывчивая, в случае возникновения вопросов все решается. Сам сервер работает без перебоев, с проблемами не сталкивался, достаточно высокая скорость соединения. Вполне лояльная ценовая политика. Все хорошо.

I carefully chose VPS for Kazakhstan. This provider has the best tests at an adequate price. I liked everything, I recommend it.

В начале когда я ничего не понимал Я задавал чисто технически вопросы по моему VPN.
Сейчас интересуюсь VPS серверами и прокси-сервером.
Техподдержка мне всегда отвечает как "чайнику"
То есть всё чётко ясно и определённо что я понимаю с первого раза.
А это очень большой плюс для техподдержки и для клиентов тоже.
Так что кому важен быстрый и безопасный интернет с малым пингом то Я рекомендую pq.hosting.

I have been a customer of PQ.Hosting for almost a year, but unfortunately it has only gone one way, and it is downhill.

Every month I experience that my server is down for 12 hours or longer. I do not receive any email or anything like why the server is down or when it is expected to be up again. PQ.hosting does not care, you can just have your server moved to another country where it is up, they do not refund any money even if the server is "physically" down and cannot be used.

They have stolen about 20 euros from me, so they do not bother to refund the money, even though the law says - that the customer must get his money back if the service is useless, I cannot use a server that is down most of the time to host for my customers. It's impossible, I've lost a lot of customers because of PQ.hosting, they have no "service", they accuse the customer of a lot of things, ask you to send a photo with your passport in hand, and everything, I will NOT send a screenshot of my passport to a company in Moldova!

This is a scam company, so be careful - you can't expect to get the service you paid for, you can't get your money back either, PQ.hosting keeps them - and then you can be left without a shit. I really hope people stop supporting them so they can shut down. They deserve it!
