This is a wonderful boutique with personal service. Always love popping in here, and never any pressure to buy, though I mostly do!

I am sorry that we were unable to dispatch this particular product to you.
Perfume falls under the Dangerous Goods Shipping regulations for International Destinations, and regrettably we were therefore unable to dispatch this particular item to you in Switzerland, as explained in the email that we sent to you when we cancelled your order so that your money could be refunded, without further delay.
My apologies if this communication perhaps didn't reach you ? It's very frustrating for us to have to cancel an order, and therefore we have ensured that this product has now been removed from international markets on our website.
This restriction does not apply to clothing or accessories, our main stocklines, in which case there would have been no problem in dispatching the item.
For reference I include the text of our previous email sent to you here:
Thank you for your order, however we have been advised that we are unable to ship fragrance overseas with Royal Mail due to dangerous goods shipping restrictions.
Therefore regretfully as we are unable to fulfil your order we will cancel it and issue a full refund to you.
If you are I interested in purchasing Precious One we suggest that you contact the team at Angela Flanders as they may be able to help you see the link here: https://angelaflanders-perfumer.com/pages/international-delivery
With kind regards Kate
