Precision Property Works Reviews

I had Noah and Alex come to my house to sort out a blocked drain that had backed up and flooded my kitchen.
After a 10 minute phone call, they were out within the hour.
And after searching with a drain camera, the problem was quickly found and repaired within the hour.
Couldn't fault them one bit, really friendly chaps!
10000% would recommend.

I cannot thank Noah and Alex at Precision Properties enough for their professionalism, prompt service, and exceptional standard of work.
After a very disappointing experience with a previous plumbing company, it was refreshing to deal with a team that was honest, knowledgeable, and efficient. The previous plumber provided questionable quotes, significantly overestimated the time required, and highlighted numerous potential complications. However, Noah and Alex quickly assessed the situation and resolved all of the issues, replacing the shower, within an hour, with no complications whatsoever. The quality of their workmanship was excellent throughout. It was clear from the outset that they took pride in their work and genuinely cared about providing a high level of customer service.
I would highly recommend Precision Properties to anyone looking for reliable, professional, and trustworthy tradespeople. Thank you again, Noah and Alex, for a job exceptionally well done.

I had Noah and Alex come out to my property today, they turned up within an hour of me contacting them. He explained the situation and investigated the issue before throwing a quote at me which I really appreciated. He then quoted me a very reasonable price for the amount of work done this evening. He is coming back tomorrow to look at another potential issue and then will also book him in for further things I’d want doing such as electricals, changing a sink etc. I felt so at ease and they really described everything to me so I understood. Thanks again guys, great to find someone who can offer everything.

Excellent handyman! Noah was friendly, easy to communicate with, and very precise with his work. He did a fantastic job on my media wall and paid great attention to detail. Highly recommended!

We instructed Precision Property Works initially to install/hang a TV into our media wall. The approach, service and work was fantastic so we brought them back for various other jobs we needed doing around the house.

A very friendly, efficient service. Nothing was too much trouble and a real ‘can do’ attitude to everything.

What a pleasure it was to deal with Noah, lovely guy, very professional from start to finish. Highly recommend the company. Will definitely be used the company for upcoming projects.

Brilliant service and really quick to get the job done, Contacted Noah about a issue with my hot water, and then next day had a engineer pop round, who was very friendly, checked everything and replace a faulty part. 100% recommend

Noah very polite and came up with some good ideas when he came to quote for the. Very prompt on the day he did the work. My house is wonky and he spent a long time making sure everything fitted with no gaps. Very happy with the work done and I would use him again when I need more to be done.

Exceptional Service from Start to Finish

Noah recently fitted and painted skirting boards in our home, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. From the very beginning, he was incredibly professional—keeping us informed throughout the entire process and making sure everything was clear and agreed upon.

He treated our property with the utmost respect, working tidily and leaving no mess behind. It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work, and it really showed in the quality of the finish. Everything was completed within the agreed timeframe, with no corners cut.
